Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices, including LV systems. Proficiency in using engineering design software and tools. In-depth understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., IEC, IEEE). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety. Experience in project management and leading design teams is a plus.
