Senior Enterprise Partner Marketing Manager

Job description

**The world still has coverage blind spots. You could help eliminate them at Skylo.** Skylo has pioneered a standards-based approach to satellite connectivity. We connect smartphones and IoT devices directly to satellites. No special hardware, no entirely new networks. Just billions of existing devices, suddenly reachable anywhere on Earth. We're not building toward this future. We're already in it. Our direct-to-device service is live on millions of activated devices across five continents, covering more than 72 million square kilometers, in partnership with leading satellite operators, mobile network operators, Tier-1 chipset makers, and OEMs worldwide. And we're just getting started. At the heart of it all is Skylo's commercial NTN vRAN: a 3GPP standards-based, cloud-native platform that seamlessly bridges terrestrial and satellite networks. It's the infrastructure that makes true anywhere, anytime connectivity possible. When you join Skylo, you'll work at the intersection of three markets reshaping how the world stays connected: mass-market consumer devices, automotive, and industrial IoT. Enabling people outdoors and critical workflows in the world's most remote places. **This is a rare chance to work on technology that matters, at a company that's already proving it works** # **Summary Of How You Will Impact Skylo** Skylo is hiring a Senior Enterprise Partner Marketing Manager to turn our strategic partner relationships into measurable growth. You'll own and execute joint go-to-market plans across a portfolio of mobile network operators (MNOs) and strategic ecosystem partners, developing programs that accelerate adoption, expand usage, strengthen partner advocacy, and drive measurable business impact. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on individual contributor role. You'll work closely with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Communications, Product, and our partners' own marketing organizations to understand where growth is getting stuck, identify the highest-impact opportunities, and move programs from strategy through execution. Like every role at Skylo, you'll use AI as a core professional skill. We're looking for someone who naturally uses AI and modern tools to research markets, uncover opportunities, create and personalize partner assets, analyze results, automate repetitive work, and operate with the leverage of a much larger team. # **How You Will Contribute** ### **Partner Growth & Joint Go-to-Market** - Own joint go-to-market plans across a portfolio of strategic MNO and ecosystem partners, from opportunity identification through execution and measurement. - Develop programs that increase partner adoption, usage, and growth, identifying where existing partnerships are getting stuck and translating those insights into actionable initiatives. - Work directly with partner marketing organizations to develop and execute joint launches, campaigns, customer stories, enablement, events, demand-generation programs, and other initiatives. - Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships by combining partner insights, market signals, customer behavior, and Skylo's business priorities. - Turn ambiguous opportunities and early-stage ideas into structured programs with clear objectives, owners, timelines, and measures of success. - Develop repeatable partner marketing motions that can scale across Skylo's growing global ecosystem. ### **Partner & Customer Enablement** - Build scalable partner enablement programs, frameworks, and assets that help partners successfully position, launch, and grow Skylo-enabled services. - Develop partner-facing presentations, solution briefs, customer stories, training materials, and other collateral, using AI tools to increase speed, personalization, and quality. - Adapt programs and materials for different partner profiles, markets, customer segments, and geographies. - Coordinate with global partners across time zones and ensure strong follow-through from planning through execution. ### **Market Intelligence & Growth Insights** - Develop a deep, continuously updated understanding of the global NTN and satellite connectivity market, including partner, customer, competitor, and ecosystem developments. - Use data, partner feedback, customer behavior, and market signals to identify adoption barriers and new growth opportunities. - Rapidly synthesize analyst research, competitor activity, partner activity, and customer signals into actionable recommendations. - Measure partner marketing performance and use insights to determine where Skylo should invest, experiment, or adjust its approach. ### **Campaigns, Events & Ecosystem Activation** - Develop and execute partner-focused campaigns and activations that increase awareness, adoption, engagement, and demand. - Represent Skylo alongside partners at key industry events and ecosystem moments, including joint launches, conferences, and partner activations. - Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute programs on fast-moving timelines. - Measure program effectiveness and continuously improve the partner marketing playbook based on results. ### **AI-Enabled Execution** - Use AI tools in your daily workflow to accelerate research, content development, analysis, partner personalization, campaign execution, and operational follow-through. - Experiment with new AI-enabled workflows and tools that improve the speed and quality of partner marketing execution. - Build efficient, AI-augmented processes that reduce operational drag and allow you to operate effectively without requiring a large team or extensive agency support. - Maintain strong judgment over when to use AI, when human expertise is required, and how to ensure the quality and accuracy of AI-assisted work. # **What We Look For** - 6–8+ years of relevant experience in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, channel marketing, strategic partnerships, go-to-market, product marketing, or a closely related function. - Demonstrated experience developing and executing joint go-to-market programs with strategic partners or customers. - Track record of driving measurable partner adoption, engagement, pipeline, usage, revenue, or other business outcomes. - Strong commercial instincts with the ability to understand a partner's business, identify growth barriers, and translate opportunities into executable programs. - Experience working directly with external partner marketing, business development, sales, or product organizations. - Ability to take loosely defined opportunities from idea through execution and bring structure to ambiguous problems. - Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder-management skills, with experience working across Sales, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, Communications, and executive teams. - Analytical mindset and comfort using data to diagnose problems, prioritize opportunities, and measure results. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex technical and business concepts for different audiences. - Resourceful, hands-on operating style with the ability to execute independently in a fast-moving environment. - Active use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or equivalent in day-to-day work, with the ability to demonstrate how AI has improved your productivity or outcomes. - Curiosity and willingness to rapidly learn and incorporate new AI tools and workflows as they emerge. - Experience managing external vendors and partners on fast-moving timelines. - Ability to develop and execute programs across global markets and time zones. - Prior experience in B2B technology, telecom, connectivity, cloud, hardware, or deep tech is strongly preferred. Every role at Skylo uses AI tools daily to amplify output. We expect active AI habits and a track record of quickly incorporating new tools into your workflow. # **What We Offer** With employees working across three continents, Skylo is proud to be an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
