# Senior Executive, Accountant (US MNC) > Talent Trader Group · Singapore, Singapore · Full-time · Posted 2024-04-10 **Salary:** SGD 42,000–54,000 **Workplace:** on_site **Department:** GS ## Description **Responsibilities:** - Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL. - Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. - Prepare and submit financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. - Manage vendor and customer invoicing and payment processing. - Handle bank reconciliations and cash management. - Assist in audit and tax filing processes. - Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required. ## Requirements - Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts. - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Office applications. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Deadline-oriented with the ability to multitask. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
