Senior Expert Marketing Planning & Performance (m/f/d)

Job description

About your tasks Build and own our marketing planning process: Establish the calendar, templates, responsibilities, governance and decision rules for annual planning, in-year forecasting and regular budget reviews. Create one integrated marketing plan: Consolidate country and channel plans, challenge assumptions and align priorities, budgets and financial targets with Controlling and the relevant marketing stakeholders. Turn performance into decisions: Develop budget and marketing-mix recommendations based on CDM, CLV, contribution targets and relevant channel metrics, track plan versus actuals and initiate adjustments throughout the year. Steer cross-functional planning reviews: Bring Country Management, channel teams and other stakeholders together, structure trade-offs and use insights from MMM, incrementality and attribution to support transparent investment decisions. Shape the future planning setup: Define requirements for planning tools and data together with Analytics and Technology, reduce manual effort and continuously simplify how marketing planning works across Redcare. About you Relevant experience: At least five years in marketing planning, marketing controlling, e-commerce or commercial FP&A, ideally within retail, e-commerce or another multi-channel, performance-driven environment. Planning ownership: A strong track record of owning planning and forecasting processes, managing budgets and translating plan-versus-actual developments into concrete recommendations and actions. Commercial marketing knowledge: Solid knowledge of marketing channels and performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS and contribution margin, combined with the ability to connect commercial, financial and customer-value perspectives. Stakeholder leadership: Experience coordinating complex processes across countries, business units or functions. You know how to influence senior stakeholders, resolve competing priorities and move decisions forward without relying on formal authority. Builder mindset and communication: A pragmatic and structured approach, fluent English and the ability to turn ambiguity into workable solutions. German is a strong plus; experience with BI, SQL or planning tools such as Anaplan or Planful would be an additional advantage. About your benefits To support your individual needs – whether that means staying healthy, balancing work and personal life or developing your skills – we offer a range of site-specific benefits: Welcome days: A comprehensive onboarding programme helps you build connections and feel at home at Redcare from the very beginning. Sports: Stay active with an Urban Sports Club M membership and access a broad range of sports and wellness activities. Flexible working: Where the role allows, we arrange the working setup flexibly. You can also work from another EU country for up to 20 days per year. Personal development: Internal and external training opportunities support your professional and personal growth. Employee discount: Benefit from a 10% discount on over-the-counter, beauty and personal-care products in our online shop and a 20% discount at nu3. About Redcare Pharmacy As Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, Redcare Pharmacy is powered by passionate teams and continuous innovation. Together, we are working to make healthcare simpler and more accessible. We value a collaborative environment in which people take ownership, challenge existing ways of working and turn ideas into meaningful impact. If you are looking for a purposeful career and want to contribute to our vision “Until every human has their health”, start your #Redcareer with us. About the role Marketing planning at Redcare Pharmacy spans several countries, channels and disciplines. Different market realities, investment priorities and planning approaches need to come together in one integrated view that enables better and faster decisions. As Senior Expert Marketing Planning & Performance, you will build the planning function within our Marketing Analytics & Technologies team and take ownership of the end-to-end marketing planning process – from annual operating planning and in-year forecasting to regular budget and performance reviews. Working closely with Country Marketing Representatives, channel teams, Country Management and Controlling, you will establish a consistent planning framework while preserving the flexibility needed by individual markets. CDM, CLV and contribution targets will provide the common steering logic, complemented by insights from attribution, incrementality testing and Marketing Mix Modelling. This is a senior individual-contributor role without direct reports. Your leadership will come from expertise, clear governance and the ability to align stakeholders around shared decisions. Rather than focusing on pure analytics or reporting, you will turn data into recommendations, build effective processes and create a planning setup that works across markets.
