## Description
We are seeking experienced **Finance Professionals** to join our clients across the United States. This role is designed to attract strong finance talent across multiple disciplines, including **Financial Management, Accounting, FP&A, Corporate Finance, and Financial Reporting**. The ideal candidates are hands-on, analytical, and ready to progress toward senior leadership responsibilities.

### Key Responsibilities
Depending on role focus and organizational needs, responsibilities may include:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close activities
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior leadership
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and risk management activities
- Mentor junior finance or accounting staff as responsibilities increase
## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA **preferred** (role-dependent)
- 5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly
- Leadership potential and readiness to step into senior responsibilities
