**🌎 Where and how you can work**
This full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer position is based in our [Ultralytics office](https://www.ultralytics.com/about) in Shenzhen, China, with a hybrid model of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
**🚀 What you'll do**
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Ultralytics, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and scaling the Ultralytics Platform — our end-to-end platform for AI model development. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and building robust, scalable backend services using **Python** and [FastAPI](https://fastapi.tiangolo.com/).
- Developing intuitive and responsive frontend applications with **TypeScript** and [Nuxt.js](https://nuxt.com/).
- Architecting and managing our infrastructure on [Google Cloud Platform (GCP)](https://cloud.google.com/), leveraging [Docker](https://docs.ultralytics.com/guides/docker-quickstart/) for containerization.
- Implementing and maintaining **microservices** to support features like [cloud training](https://docs.ultralytics.com/platform/train/cloud-training/) and model deployment for [Ultralytics YOLO](https://docs.ultralytics.com/models/yolo26/) models.
- Driving our **CI/CD** strategy using [GitHub Actions](https://github.com/features/actions) to ensure rapid and reliable delivery.
- Collaborating with our [AI research team](https://www.ultralytics.com/about) to integrate the latest [computer vision](https://www.ultralytics.com/glossary/computer-vision-cv) advancements into the platform.
- Upholding best practices in code quality, testing, and performance, and actively [contributing](https://docs.ultralytics.com/help/contributing/) to our open-source ecosystem.
Your strategic vision and technical expertise will be essential in supporting [Ultralytics' mission](https://www.ultralytics.com/about) of delivering top-tier machine learning tools and models to the community.
**🧠 Skills and experience**
- 5+ years of experience in full stack software engineering.
- Expertise in [Python](https://docs.ultralytics.com/usage/python/) and experience with web frameworks like [FastAPI](https://fastapi.tiangolo.com/) or Django.
- Proficiency in modern frontend development using [TypeScript](https://www.typescriptlang.org/) and frameworks such as [Nuxt.js](https://nuxt.com/), Vue.js, or React.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly [GCP](https://cloud.google.com/), and containerization technologies like [Docker](https://docs.ultralytics.com/guides/docker-quickstart/).
- Proven experience designing and working with **microservices** and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with [CI/CD pipelines](https://docs.ultralytics.com/help/CI/), especially **GitHub Actions**.
- Familiarity with databases such as [PostgreSQL](https://www.postgresql.org/) and caching systems like [Redis](https://redis.io/).
- A genuine passion for [AI](https://www.ultralytics.com/glossary/artificial-intelligence-ai) and **machine learning**; direct experience with [MLOps](https://www.ultralytics.com/glossary/machine-learning-operations-mlops) or [training models](https://docs.ultralytics.com/modes/train/) like [YOLO26](https://docs.ultralytics.com/models/yolo26/) is a major plus.
