Golf is a fast-growing and hugely popular sport globally, and the business is a leader within its field. This is a senior role focused primarily on backend software development, with responsibility for solving performance and scalability challenges, supporting strategic architecture planning and making technology choices. You will work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver projects while contributing to technical support and continuous improvement. The company invests significantly in its staff and offers opportunities for promotion, learning and developing new skills. ### Responsibilities - Develop backend software using C#. - Solve technical problems relating to performance and scalability. - Work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver projects. - Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support. - Contribute to strategic architecture planning and technology choices. - Understand the bigger picture, including identifying opportunities for improvement and understanding user needs. - Share your experience and mentor others. - Remain open-minded and willing to learn new skills and technologies. ### Requirements - 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET 6.0 Web API. - 3+ years of experience with SQL Server. - 1 year of experience with Angular and Next.js. - Understanding of Azure. - Prior experience with software integrations, including REST and SOAP. - Strong communication skills, which are fundamental to this role. - Ability to understand the bigger picture, proactively seek opportunities for improvement and understand user needs. - Willingness to share experience and mentor others. - Open-mindedness and a desire to learn new skills and technologies. ### Nice to Have - Experience with Redis or other NoSQL technologies. - Experience with Hangfire or other asynchronous job systems. - Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms. - Solid architectural experience. ### Benefits - Fixed Shifts — 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM IST (Summer) | 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST (Winter). - No Weekend Work — Real work-life balance, not just words. - Day 1 Benefits — Laptop and full medical insurance provided. - Support That Matters — Mentorship, community, and forums where ideas are shared. - True Belonging — A long-term home where your contributions are valued.
