Senior Growth Manager, Paid Acquisition

Job description

***This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.*** Paid acquisition drives most of Scale Army's growth. We invest over $80K/month and plan to increase that investment if the results earn it. You'll own how that growth happens: the strategy behind the spend, the offers and funnels it sends traffic to, and how each dollar turns into qualified pipeline. Running campaigns yourself is part of the job, and you need to be excellent at it. But it's only one part. You'll also decide where budget goes, craft and build lead magnets, offers, and the landing pages paid traffic converts on, work with Sales on lead quality, and be the team's go-to person for what's driving growth and where to invest next. You'll be measured on business outcomes, not platform metrics: meetings held, SQLs, pipeline quality, and what each one costs. ### **What you'll own** **Growth strategy and numbers.** You'll own the full funnel that paid feeds, from spend to conversion, MQLs, meetings held, SQLs, and pipeline. You'll know our marketing CAC by channel and product line, where the funnel leaks, and what more spend will realistically return. Before we commit to $150K/month, you'll forecast what it will deliver. Once you deliver on it, you'll get more budget to spend. **Offers and conversion funnels.** You'll decide what paid traffic is sent to: which offers and lead magnets we run, how they're positioned, and which landing pages and funnel paths we test. You'll set the testing roadmap and the hypotheses behind it, you’ll work with our CRO to build and execute the tests, and you'll be accountable for whether they turn into qualified pipeline. **Budget allocation.** Spend increases are gated by efficiency. You'll decide when a channel, campaign, or offer has earned more budget and when it needs to be pulled back, and you'll explain those calls with data. **Paid media execution.** You'll build, launch, and optimize campaigns yourself across 2–3 product lines. Meta is our main channel, and you need to be an expert operator there. You'll also turn Google, LinkedIn, X, CTV, and other channels into real contributors. **Creative direction.** We have an in-house team of creative strategists, designers, video editors, and copywriters. You own what runs and why: the hypotheses, the testing roadmap, and the feedback loop that shows the team what converts. **Revenue alignment.** You'll work closely with Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing Ops on offline conversions, HubSpot attribution, and lead quality. You'll push back on targeting and ICP assumptions when the data says we're wrong. **An AI-native way of working.** At Scale Army, AI is central to how we work, not a side tool. You'll use it to do the work of a much larger team: - Building your own tools and workflows with Claude Code, such as scripts, automations, and lightweight internal apps - Creating and maintaining reusable skills and agents for recurring work like performance reviews, creative analysis, reporting, and campaign QA - Building and managing your own dashboards by connecting ad platform and HubSpot data, without waiting on anyone else - Using AI to speed up analysis, testing, and creative iteration, so your time goes to decisions instead of manual work - Ideating the V1s for growth funnels and lead magnets ### **How you'll be measured** - Marketing CAC - Cost per MQL and cost per SQL - MQL meetings held and cost per meeting held - Conversion rates across offers, landing pages, and funnel steps - Pipeline quality We don't measure you on CTR, CPM, or cheap lead volume. **Where this goes** This role is built to grow. Paid acquisition is central to how Scale Army scales, and as performance becomes predictable, there's real opportunity to take on more ownership of our growth strategy, including building a team. ### **What you bring** **Must-haves** - Senior-level, hands-on experience running paid acquisition, with deep Meta + LinkedIn Ads expertise and a history of personally managing significant monthly budgets - Experience owning growth outcomes beyond the ad platform, including offers, lead magnets, landing pages, and conversion testing - A track record of scaling spend while holding or improving downstream metrics like meetings, SQLs, pipeline, and CAC, not just CPL - Strong command of funnel math: CAC, conversion rates by stage, and forecasting spend against outcomes - Strong HubSpot skills, including lifecycle stages, offline conversion setup, attribution, and reporting - Advanced AI fluency that goes well beyond prompting. You've built things with tools like Claude Code, created reusable skills or agents, and set up your own dashboards and automations. Be ready to show us examples. - An ownership mindset. You don't wait to be told what to test next, and you don't stop at the edge of the ad platform. **Strong plus** - B2B demand generation experience, especially lead-gen with a sales-assisted funnel - Hands-on experience with X, or CTV - Experience hiring or mentoring media buyers ### **Who you'll work with** You'll work with the Head of Marketing, creative strategists, designers, video editors, copywriters, CRO, Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing Ops. **Scale Army** is a staffing agency dedicated to connecting international talent with US-based companies. We cover a broad range of positions and industries, from customer support and sales roles to engineering and executive-level positions. ### **Application Process:** ### To be considered for this role these steps need to be followed: - Fill in the application form - Record a video showcasing your skill sets
