Job description
**This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a (Senior) GTM Engineer based in United States.** Build and scale a modern go-to-market (GTM) engine that directly drives business growth in a B2B environment. As a (Senior) GTM Engineer, you will connect data, buying signals, automation, and AI to transform commercial processes into scalable, high-performing systems. You will design intelligent workflows that identify potential customers, enrich and score data, personalize outreach, and prioritize leads based on intent and engagement. Working with a modern technology stack, you will build integrations and automate processes across CRM and GTM platforms. Your experiments and technical solutions will have a measurable impact on pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue. This fully remote opportunity offers significant ownership, technical autonomy, and the chance to shape the future of a growing GTM operation. ### Accountabilities: You will take ownership of the technical infrastructure behind the go-to-market strategy, developing data-driven systems and automations that improve commercial efficiency and generate measurable business results. Your responsibilities will include: - Identify relevant buying signals and translate them into automated go-to-market actions and workflows. - Build automated processes to enrich account and contact data, assess ideal customer profile (ICP) fit, and evaluate purchase intent. - Develop and scale highly personalized outbound campaigns based on customer data, buying signals, and engagement patterns. - Implement intelligent lead and account prioritization and routing based on fit, intent, and engagement. - Build and maintain CRM automations, workflows, and data flows connecting CRM systems with the broader GTM technology stack. - Develop and scale integrations and automations using Clay, n8n, APIs, and webhooks. - Design and run experiments to test new approaches, measure performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. - Systematize successful experiments into repeatable, scalable processes. - Continuously optimize GTM infrastructure to improve pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes. **Requirements:** You have hands-on experience building and scaling GTM infrastructure in a B2B environment and understand how technical systems can support commercial growth. You combine strong technical capabilities with a clear understanding of business priorities, focusing on measurable results rather than automation for its own sake. The ideal candidate will bring: - Several years of experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, revenue operations (RevOps), or a comparable B2B role. - Demonstrated experience independently building and scaling a comparable go-to-market infrastructure. - Strong practical experience with Clay, n8n, and modern GTM tools. - A solid technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, data structures, and CRM systems. - Hands-on experience with data enrichment, lead scoring, routing, and automated campaign execution. - The ability to connect data sources, automation workflows, and commercial systems into reliable, scalable processes. - Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on pipeline growth, conversion, and revenue generation. - An analytical, experimental mindset and the ability to measure results and systematically improve performance. - Very good written and spoken German and English. - A proactive approach, strong ownership, and the ability to take responsibility for critical GTM systems. **Benefits:** - **100% remote work:** Work from anywhere with flexibility, trust, and autonomy. - **Permanent employment contract** offering long-term professional stability. - **Direct business impact:** See how your work influences pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue. - **Modern GTM technology stack:** Work with Clay, n8n, APIs, webhooks, and AI-powered tools. - **Professional development:** Expand your technical and commercial expertise while helping shape the organization's GTM capabilities. - **Career growth:** Take on increasing responsibility and play a central role in the evolution of the GTM function. - **Ownership and autonomy:** Design, implement, and optimize systems that support measurable business growth.
