Job description

**This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior GTM Marketing Manager based in Switzerland.** Join a fast-growing blockchain and decentralised finance environment shaping the future of institutional staking and digital asset infrastructure. In this role, you will translate go-to-market priorities into actionable marketing strategies that drive acquisition, strengthen brand positioning, and contribute directly to business growth. You will take ownership of campaign execution, combining hands-on expertise in your strongest marketing channels with data-driven decision-making and AI-powered automation. Working closely with Product, Sales, contractors, and internal contributors, you will coordinate initiatives, manage budgets, and optimise marketing performance against measurable business outcomes. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced B2B marketer who thrives in a high-autonomy environment and enjoys balancing strategic planning with practical execution. As part of a globally distributed team, you will help expand innovative financial technology solutions across the evolving digital asset ecosystem. ### Accountabilities: - Translate go-to-market priorities into actionable marketing plans, defining clear objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and performance indicators. - Personally plan, execute, and optimise campaigns in your strongest marketing channels, using hands-on expertise to generate measurable business results. - Leverage large language models (LLMs), AI-powered tools, and automation to improve marketing productivity, streamline workflows, and accelerate campaign execution. - Coordinate internal contributors, contractors, and external agencies by setting priorities, preparing detailed briefs, reviewing deliverables, and addressing performance issues when necessary. - Collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to clarify business requirements, align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives, and resolve execution blockers. - Monitor marketing expenditure, lead quality, acquisition performance, and pipeline contribution to evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment. - Analyse campaign and CRM data to identify improvement opportunities, recommend budget reallocations, and determine which initiatives should be scaled, refined, or discontinued. - Identify gaps in internal capabilities and engage specialist contractors when needed, ensuring clear expectations, effective coordination, and high-quality delivery. - Apply strong marketing fundamentals across positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, channel selection, tracking, and conversion funnel optimisation. - Take ownership of marketing initiatives from planning through execution and reporting, making informed decisions independently and adapting priorities as business needs evolve. ## Requirements: - At least 4 years of substantial marketing experience, including independently managing and delivering B2B marketing initiatives with clearly measurable results. - Demonstrated expertise in at least one marketing channel, supported by concrete examples of campaigns you personally executed, the decisions you made, and the outcomes achieved. - Strong execution skills and the ability to move from strategic priorities to practical implementation while maintaining ownership of timelines, budgets, and performance. - Experience managing contractors or agencies and coordinating small teams, including setting expectations, delegating responsibilities, reviewing work, and addressing underperformance. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority, challenge requests constructively, and build alignment across teams. - Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, campaign tracking, channel strategy, and conversion funnel optimisation. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign and CRM data, assess customer acquisition economics, measure pipeline contribution, and recognise the limitations of attribution models. - Regular practical use of LLMs and AI-powered tools in marketing workflows, combined with sound judgement in evaluating generated content and ensuring the quality of deliverables. - Strong prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands, make informed budget decisions, and deliver results with limited supervision. - Ability to learn complex products quickly and translate technical or product-specific value propositions into effective marketing initiatives. - Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly across an international, remote-first organisation. - A proactive, accountable, and adaptable mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and a focus on measurable commercial impact. ## Benefits: - **Competitive compensation:** A competitive salary denominated in US dollars, with the option to receive payments in cryptocurrency. - **Remote working:** Work remotely from an eligible location in Europe, with flexibility to organise your working environment. - **Flexible engagement:** Full-time contractor position under an indefinite-term consultancy agreement. - **Paid time off:** Paid vacation and sick leave to support work-life balance and personal well-being. - **Well-being support:** Access to a dedicated well-being programme. - **Mental health care:** Access to resources and support focused on mental health. - **Professional development:** Financial support for education, including foreign language courses and professional growth programmes. - **Equipment and coworking support:** Reimbursement for work equipment and coworking expenses to help create a productive working environment. - **International exposure:** Opportunities to attend overseas conferences and engage with communities across the digital asset and blockchain ecosystem. - **Autonomy and ownership:** Take responsibility for marketing strategy execution, campaign performance, and commercial outcomes in a results-oriented environment. - **Industry impact:** Contribute to the growth of institutional staking, decentralised finance, and innovative digital asset solutions. - **Inclusive workplace:** Work in an environment committed to equal opportunities and respectful collaboration across diverse backgrounds.
