At SimSpace, we believe hiring is more than filling roles. It’s about building relationships, creating exceptional experiences, and helping people and teams grow thoughtfully. I’m looking for a Senior Hiring & Internal Mobility Partner to join our team and help us deliver strong global hiring outcomes while supporting candidates and employees through important career moments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on recruiting with candidate experience, operational excellence, and collaborative partnership. You’ll work closely with our Hiring & Internal Mobility team, hiring managers, interviewers, People Operations partners, and business leaders across the organization. If you enjoy building trusted partnerships, navigating complex hiring challenges, and using technology and AI to create smarter, more scalable ways of working, I’d love to meet you! ## About the Role As a Senior Hiring & Internal Mobility Partner, you’ll support full lifecycle recruiting across a variety of technical and nontechnical functions, including R&D, Product, Go-to-Market, G&A, and Professional Services. You’ll help hiring teams move searches forward, develop and engage talent pipelines, maintain reliable recruiting operations, and create a responsive and inclusive experience for every candidate. You’ll also support onboarding and orientation activities so that the experience we create during recruiting continues after a candidate becomes a SimSpacer. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution. You’ll be expected to independently navigate complex searches, competing priorities, and ambiguous business needs while communicating effectively with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executive leaders. Success requires strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to distinguish when a situation requires strategic consultation, operational execution, escalation, or simply decisive action. You’ll also help advance how we work by thoughtfully applying AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve hiring effectiveness, experience, and scalability. ## As a Senior Hiring Partner, You’ll: - Execute full lifecycle recruiting activities and serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, translating business needs into thoughtful hiring strategies and actionable plans - Navigate strategic and operational conversations across all levels of the organization, adapting communication, recommendations, and level of detail to the audience - Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, talent platforms, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach - Use sound judgment to independently resolve challenges, identify when escalation is necessary, and bring forward solutions rather than problems alone - Balance immediate recruiting execution with broader business priorities, workforce needs, candidate experience, and long-term talent strategy - Create thoughtful candidate outreach and employer brand content that strengthens engagement - Deliver a responsive, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process - Support equitable, structured, and consistent hiring practices across the organization - Maintain accurate recruiting data, workflows, documentation, and candidate records - Apply AI and automation to improve sourcing, research, candidate engagement, recruiting operations, analytics, and team productivity - Directly support the design, test, and deploy practical **agentic workflows and automations** that reduce manual work and improve the quality, consistency, and scalability of hiring processes - Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify responsible, high-value applications within Hiring & Internal Mobility - Help drive adoption of new technology by documenting workflows, sharing knowledge, and enabling teammates and stakeholders to use new capabilities effectively ## What Success Looks Like You’ll be successful in this role when you are: - Viewed as a credible, trusted partner by hiring managers, peers, and senior leaders - Moving comfortably between strategic conversations and detailed execution without losing sight of either - Anticipating needs, identifying risks, and bringing forward thoughtful recommendations before being asked - Navigating ambiguity and competing priorities with sound judgment and appropriate urgency - Communicating complex or sensitive information clearly, concisely, and confidently across different levels of seniority - Using data, business context, and talent-market insight to influence hiring strategy and decisions - Leveraging AI and automation to meaningfully improve productivity, quality, speed, and candidate experience - Creating repeatable AI-enabled workflows that can be adopted by others rather than relying solely on individual productivity gains - Delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experience across multiple concurrent searches - Maintaining reliable execution, accurate data, and strong follow-through even while operating strategically ## You’ll Be a Great Fit If: **🎯 You have executive presence and strong judgment.** You can engage confidently with stakeholders at every level, understand the business context behind a request, challenge constructively when appropriate, and communicate recommendations clearly without overcomplicating the conversation. **🤖 You are AI-fluent and experimentation-minded.** You actively use AI to improve how you work and are comfortable moving beyond basic prompting into workflow creation, automation, and agentic approaches. You’re curious about emerging capabilities, willing to experiment, and able to turn successful experiments into practical, repeatable ways of working. 🤝 **You are relationship-oriented.** You genuinely enjoy helping people explore career opportunities and making important decisions with confidence. **🚀 You thrive in ambiguity.** You can quickly separate what is strategic from what is logistical, determine what requires escalation versus independent action, and continue making progress when priorities or context change. ⚙️ **You value operational excellence.** You care about clean processes, accurate data, clear documentation, and reliable execution. 📣 **You communicate with care.** You keep candidates and stakeholders informed and adapt your communication to different audiences. 🔍 **You are naturally curious.** You ask thoughtful questions, seek context, and enjoy learning about new roles, teams, and technologies. 🧩 **You are collaborative and accountable.** You enjoy working as part of a team while taking ownership of your responsibilities. **💡 You build better ways to work.** You don’t simply identify inefficiencies—you investigate the root cause, design a practical solution, test it, and help others adopt it. 🌎 **You think globally.** You are comfortable supporting hiring across locations, time zones, business functions, and cultures. ## You Might Not Be a Great Fit If: - You need detailed direction before taking action or routinely escalate problems without first considering possible solutions - You struggle to adjust your communication style, level of detail, or approach when working with executives, hiring managers, candidates, and peers - You are comfortable executing tasks but less comfortable advising, challenging assumptions, or making recommendations - You treat strategic and logistical issues the same rather than determining the appropriate level of response - You wait for priorities to be assigned rather than using business context and judgment to determine what needs attention - Your use of AI is primarily limited to drafting content or basic prompting - You are hesitant to experiment with AI, automation, or new technologies as part of your everyday work - You improve your own process but don't naturally think about how successful solutions can be documented, automated, or scaled for others ## What You Bring - 7+ years of progressive recruiting, talent acquisition, talent operations, or related experience within technology, cybersecurity, startup, or similarly fast-moving environments - Demonstrated experience serving as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers and senior business leaders - Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate concisely, navigate challenging conversations, influence without authority, and adapt effectively across levels of seniority - Demonstrated judgment in navigating ambiguous, sensitive, or rapidly changing business situations - Ability to translate business objectives into recruiting strategies while remaining highly capable in hands-on execution - Demonstrated AI fluency and regular use of generative AI within professional workflows - Experience creating or implementing AI-enabled workflows, automations, agents, or other technology-driven process improvements - Curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and the ability to evaluate where technology can meaningfully improve outcomes versus simply adding complexity - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use recruiting data, market intelligence, and business context to inform recommendations - Experience with Ashby or similarly sophisticated recruiting analytics and automation platforms is strongly preferred - Experience using Ashby is a strong plus ## Technology & AI Technology is an active part of how we work—not simply a collection of tools. You’ll be expected to develop fluency across our technology ecosystem, experiment responsibly with emerging capabilities, and identify opportunities to automate, augment, or redesign work where doing so creates meaningful value. Our current environment includes Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Asana, Zapier, and an expanding ecosystem of AI, automation, and agentic technologies. ## Our Hiring Philosophy A few things that are important to our team: - Candidate experience is part of our employer reputation. - Hiring should be thoughtful, structured, inclusive, and human. - Clear communication builds trust, even when the answer is difficult. - Data should inform decisions without replacing sound judgment. - Strong processes should make the experience better, not more complicated. - We value experimentation, continuous learning, and practical innovation. - Every interaction matters, whether or not a candidate ultimately joins SimSpace. ## ***We’re proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive package designed to support your well-being, growth, and success:*** - **Compensation.** Base salary range: $90,000 – $135,000, reflecting our confidence in your expertise and impact, with the opportunity for annual bonuses tied to company performance and individual contributions. - **Health & Wellness.** Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus savings plans—coverage starts on day one! - **Mental Health Support.** Access to company-paid counseling, coaching, and resources for you and your family through Spring Health. - **Financial Well-Being.** Plan for your future with a 401(k)-retirement savings plan featuring a company match. - **Flexible Time Off.** Take the time you need with unlimited vacation and dedicated health & wellness days.
