This is a rare chance to join an early-stage company with world-changing potential, experienced founders, and resources to execute at scale. About the Role We’re looking for a **Sr Implementation Manager** to join our early team and help build the foundation for how we onboard and support customers using Windchill. We are specifically looking for **2+ years experience with Windchill** and industry knowledge of Life Sciences Quality or Quality Management Systems (QMS). - **Project Management** - Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff through delivery. Skilled in planning, scheduling, risk management, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned. - **Thorough and Detail-Oriented** - Known for a meticulous approach to requirements gathering, solution design, and execution. Able to anticipate gaps, catch inconsistencies, and ensure deliverables standards. - **Communication & Collaboration** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and scientific concepts for diverse audiences. Builds strong relationships with clients and internal teams. **Bonus Points** - Prior experience at a startup — able to wear multiple hats, thrive in ambiguity, and build structure in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
