Title: Senior Informatica IDMC Migration ConsultantLocation: RemoteType: 14Weeks Salary: Open (INR) RequirementsResponsibilitiesMigration Delivery — Axon, EDC & IDQ to IDMC/CDGC/CDQDeliver migration assessments from on-premises Informatica Axon Data Governance, Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), and IDQ to the IDMC cloud platform.Execute migration of catalog source configurations and enrichments from on-premises EDC to CDGC using AI-enabled tools and accelerators to migrate domain and subdomain schema creation, glossary associations, business names and descriptions, data classifications, custom attributes, certifications, ratings, and stakeholder assignments.Migrate Axon and EDC enrichments to CDGC assets, including glossary associations, business names and descriptions, data classifications, custom attributes, certifications, ratings, and stakeholder assignments.Execute migration of EDC metadata sources acknowledging there is no direct automated migration path from EDC to CDGC — activities require phased manual and tooling-assisted approaches, using AI assistance Tools.Migrate legacy IDQ data quality rules and specifications to equivalent CDQ Rule Specifications within IDMC.Embed CDQ data quality transformations within CDI mappings routing records into the on-premises MDM hub.Conduct post-migration validation, UAT, and knowledge transfer to client teams.Provide post-deployment hyper-care, issue resolution, performance tuning, and knowledge transfer handover to client teams.Ensure delivery quality and timely execution of project milestones.Preferred QualificationsInformatica Certifications: IDMC Professional or equivalent data governance/data quality certificationFinancial services industry experience: Banking, insurance, wealth management, or regulated industriesInformatica Claire AI / Copilot: AI-powered metadata enrichment and governance automation within IDMC Key competenciesProven track record migrating from Axon, EDC, and IDQ to IDMC cloud platformsDeep understanding of CDI/CDQ pipelines as the integration and quality enforcement layer for on-premises Informatica MDM domainsApplies AI-enabled tools and accelerators to improve including Domain and Subdomain schema creation, glossary associations, business names and descriptions, data classifications, custom attributes, certifications, ratings, and stakeholder assignments. Preferred Qualifications

Key competencies

Proven track record migrating from Axon, EDC, and IDQ to IDMC cloud platforms

Deep understanding of CDI/CDQ pipelines as the integration and quality enforcement layer for on-premises Informatica MDM domains
