Summary
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the design, provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments. This role ensures high availability, performance, and security of systems while supporting business-critical operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including on-prem servers, cloud platforms, and SaaS systems, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability
- Monitor system health across hybrid environments using enterprise monitoring and observability tools; proactively identify and resolve issues before business impact
- Respond to alerts related to hardware, software, cloud services, and SaaS platforms that are experiencing failures, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by users, applications, and monitoring systems across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments
- Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, as well as cloud-based infrastructure and services, in accordance with standards and operational requirements
- Administer and support SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 and other business applications), including configuration, access management, and issue resolution

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8 -10 years of experience working in infrastructure engineering or a similar role
- Experience with hybrid environments integrating on-prem and cloud infrastructure
- Strong experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Omnissa Horizon, Hyper-V, Azure, AVD)
