**Senior Integrations Manager [Insurance M&A]** London Hybrid, two days in office / remote East Coast Permanent / full-time We are a fast-growing global reinsurance speciality company servicing the insurance markets of Lloyd’s, Europe and North America. To develop our integrations capability, we are looking for our first Senior Integrations Manager to lead the successful transition of acquired insurance portfolios and entities into the business. Reporting to the Head of Business Integration, you will own the delivery of complex integration programmes from deal completion through to business-as-usual, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to commercial objectives. You will also play a key role in supporting transactions before completion through operational due diligence, integration planning and target operating model design.
