Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in interface coordination or related roles. Strong knowledge of interface management principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in project management and interface management tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Experience in the construction or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable. Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to project management and interface coordination. Professional certifications in project management or a related field are an advantage.
