Job Summary:The Investor Relations Executive/ Senior Executive will support the Investor Relations Specialist in managing communications between the company and investors. This includes the transparent, accurate, and timely dissemination of financial and business information to the investment community. This role involves supporting investor engagement initiatives, assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations, and conducting market intelligence to enhance investor confidence and support the company’s long-term growth strategy. Key Responsibilities:Support communications with investors, analysts and stakeholdersAssist in the preparation of investor materials, including presentations, reports, financial results press releases and Bursa announcementsSupport quarterly and annual reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency of messagingMonitor share price performance, market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide insights to managementCoordinate investor meetings, briefings, roadshow and eventsMaintain the IR page on the company’s websiteMaintain and update the IR calendar and related recordsCollaborate closely with Finance, Business Development, Project teams, and Senior Management to ensure aligned and consistent messagingEnsure compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirementsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant working experience (Investor Relations/ Investment Banking/ Finance exposure is an advantage)Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skillsProficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and WordAble to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
