Wir betreiben eine moderne, cloud-zentrierte IT-Architektur auf Basis von Microsoft 365 und investieren laufend in Security, Automatisierung und neue Cloud-Services. Für unser internes IT-Team suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n Microsoft 365 Engineer mit echter Tiefe im Microsoft-Stack. Mit eigenständiger, hands-on Arbeitsweise übernimmst Du sowohl operative als auch konzeptionelle Verantwortung. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Head of IT fungierst Du als zentrale technische Senior-Funktion im Team und gestaltest unsere Cloud-Strategie aktiv mit.
Verantwortung für den Tagesbetrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft-365-Umgebung mit Schwerpunkt auf Identity-, Endpoint- und Security-Themen
Konzeption und Pflege unserer Conditional-Access-Architektur sowie Betreuung des Identity- und Access-Managements (inkl. PIM, Access Reviews, Identity Protection)
Verantwortung für Microsoft Intune und Autopilot inkl. Compliance, Patch-Management und Geräte-Rollout
Operativer Tagesbetrieb von Microsoft Defender for Endpoint und Defender for Microsoft Office 365
Betreuung unserer Teams-Telefonie (Operator Connect / Direct Routing)
Bewertung und Integration neuer Microsoft-365-Funktionen
Abgeschlossene technische IT-Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Praxis-Erfahrung
Umfassende Berufserfahrung in der Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-365-Umgebungen, gern auch im Umfeld von IT-Dienstleistung, Managed Service Provider oder Systemhaus mit Betreuung mehrere Kundenumgebungen auf Senior-Level
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Identity- und Access-Management sowie Intune, Autopilot und Windows Update for Business und Autopatch
solide PowerShell-Kenntnisse inkl. Microsoft Graph
Operative Erfahrung mit Microsoft Teams Phone
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

We operate a modern, cloud-centric IT architecture based on Microsoft 365 and continuously invest in security, automation, and new cloud services. For our internal IT team, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer (f/m/d) with real depth in the Microsoft stack, who takes on both operational and conceptual responsibility with an independent, hands-on working style. In close collaboration with the Head of IT, you are the central technical senior role in the team and actively help shape our cloud strategy.
Responsible for the daily operation and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on identity, endpoint, and security topics
Design and maintenance of our conditional access architecture as well as support for identity and access management (inkl. PIM, Access Reviews, Identity Protection)
Responsibility for Microsoft Intune and Autopilot including compliance, patch management, and device rollout
Operational daily management of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Microsoft Office 365
Support for our Teams telephony (Operator Connect / Direct Routing)
Evaluation and integration of new Microsoft 365 features
Completed technical IT education or equivalent practical experience
Extensive experience in the administration and further development of Microsoft 365 environments, preferably in the IT service, managed service provider, or system house environment with senior-level responsibility for managing multiple client environments
Sound knowledge of Microsoft identity and access management as well as Intune, Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, and Autopatch
Solid PowerShell knowledge including Microsoft Graph
Operational experience with Microsoft Teams Phone
Very good German and English language skills
