Wir investieren kontinuierlich in unsere IT-Infrastruktur an mehreren Standorten und suchen eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit für den Bereich Field-Service/ IT Infrastructure, die die Onsite-Betreuung (Field Support) sicherstellt, Hardware-Rollouts steuert und kleine Teams fachlich anleitet. Problemlösungsorientiert und mit hoher Umsetzungskraft sicherst Du nicht nur einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb, Du entwickelst auch die Netzwerkinfrastruktur weiter und leitest IT-Projekte vollumfänglich. Mit hoher Reisebereitschaft und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise stellst Du sicher, dass unsere Standorte IT-seitig jederzeit optimal betreut sind.
Betreuung unserer Standorte in Deutschland und Österreich hinsichtlich operativer IT-Themen sowie deren Betreuung in den spezifischen IT-Anforderungen
Pflege und Entwicklung unserer Netzwerk-Infrastruktur an den Standorten (Switches, Access Points, Firewalls, WLAN)
Planung und Durchführung von Hardware-Rollouts inklusive Lieferanten-Koordination
Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von IT-Projekten (Standortumzüge, Rollouts, Infrastruktur-Erneuerungen) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
Fachliche Anleitung von Junior-Kolleg:innen sowie externen Dienstleistern unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität und Liefertreue
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Head of IT und unserer internen Cloud-Engineer-Position
Abgeschlossene technische IT-Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Praxis-Erfahrung
Umfassende praktische Erfahrung im IT-Operations-Umfeld sowie mehrjährige Praxis im Bereich Field-Service (gerne bei IT-Dienstleistern, Managed Service Providern oder Systemhäusern)
Nachweisliche, mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen Koordination kleiner Teams sowie der selbstständigen Steuerung von Multi-Site-Rollout-Projekten
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerk-Hardware, Active Directory und Windows-Server-Administration
Hohes Maß an Reisebereitschaft sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

We continuously invest in our IT infrastructure at multiple locations and are looking for an experienced person for the Field Service/IT Infrastructure area, who ensures on-site support (Field Support), manages hardware rollouts, and provides technical guidance to small teams. Problem-solving oriented and with high implementation power you ensure not only smooth IT operations, but you also further develop the network infrastructure and fully manage IT projects. With a high willingness to travel and a self-responsible work approach, you ensure that our locations are optimally supported IT-wise at all times.
Support of our locations in Germany and Austria regarding operational IT issues and their support in specific IT requirements
Maintenance and development of our network infrastructure at the locations (switches, access points, firewalls, WLAN)
Planning and execution of hardware rollouts including supplier coordination
Independent management of IT projects (location moves, rollouts, infrastructure renewals) in close collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
Technical guidance of junior colleagues and external service providers considering quality and delivery reliability
Close cooperation with the Head of IT and our internal Cloud Engineer position
Completed technical IT education or equivalent practical experience
Comprehensive practical experience in the IT operations environment and several years of practice in the field service area (preferably with IT service providers, managed service providers, or system houses)
Proven, several years of experience in the functional coordination of small teams as well as the independent management of multi-site rollout projects
Sound knowledge of network hardware, Active Directory, and Windows Server administration
High willingness to travel as well as very good German and English skills
