We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for all IT operations. You will work hands-on to provide comprehensive IT support, ensure seamless software and hardware operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain the efficiency of daily IT functions. If you want to be a team member of a fast-growing company, you might be the person we are looking for! ### Responsibilities - Configuring, maintaining, and upgrading IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and firewalls - Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hardware and software - Providing end-user support for hardware, applications, tools, and systems - Managing IT assets through their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal - Supporting the purchasing team for all IT-related matters - Following new technologies and integrating them into our company ### Requirements - 5+ years of work experience in related fields - Experience with hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals - Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems - Excellent level of written and spoken English - Passion and interest in games - Appreciation and understanding of teamwork Protecting your privacy and the security of your data is a top priority for Dream Games.
