Senior Java Software Engineer

We are looking for a **Senior Java Software Engineer** to join our team! You will work with engineering teams across Europe and the USA on one of our flagship products – **Net2Phone Cloud Contact Center**, a rapidly growing cloud communications platform serving businesses worldwide. ### At this position you will: - Take responsibility for the full software development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements through coding, deployment, and maintenance. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and actively participate in product planning and sprint backlog meetings. - Work on high-performing, scalable, resilient web-based applications and services. - Develop and maintain technical design, architecture, and troubleshooting documentation. - Demonstrate a technology-agnostic mindset and continuously explore new technologies and approaches. ### We want you to have: - **5+ years of production experience with Java.** - Strong hands-on experience with **Java and Spring Framework** (Spring Boot, Spring Data). - Strong experience with **microservices architecture.** - Experience with **CI/CD tools** such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Maven. - Proficiency with relational databases, particularly **MySQL**, including schema design, migrations, and query optimization. - Good English level – B2 or higher. ### It would be a nice bonus: - Experience with **Google Cloud Platform (GCP).** - Experience with MongoDB. - Experience with infrastructure-as-code and cloud provisioning tools such as CDKTF or AWS CDK. ### We offer you: - Remote work as a B2B contractor or hybrid full-time employment in Belarus and Moldova. - Really good hardware. - An exciting and challenging job with talented people around. - Great learning and growth opportunities. - Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences. - First-class English lessons. - Additional benefits and perks for Minsk and Chisinau office employees.
