This consultant will help address workload demands and resource constraints while providing expert guidance on complex labour relations matters across both corporate and operational environments. Key Responsibilities The successful consultant will be responsible for: Developing grievance analyses and preparing responses at all stages of the grievance process.Responding to complaints filed with the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC).Supporting strike preparedness activities and contingency planning.Providing expertise related to essential services agreements and designations.Preparing and managing exclusion requests.Advising management on complex labour relations issues and strategies.Training, coaching, and mentoring junior Labour Relations Advisors.Producing high-quality written analyses, recommendations, briefing materials, and correspondence.Collaborating effectively with stakeholders while managing sensitive and confidential matters.
