Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on **Head of BDR** to lead our growing global business development function. Based in the UK, you will oversee and unify a diverse team of BDRs operating across Europe and the US. Your mission will be to align regional teams under a cohesive strategy, foster a high-performance culture, and standardize KPIs and best practices to drive consistent pipeline growth. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape the direction and impact of our outbound and inbound lead generation efforts on a global scale. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to ensure alignment, consistency, and scalable success across all territories.
