Senior Manager, Card Growth

Job description

# Join the Tilt team At Tilt, we see a side of people that traditional lenders miss. Our mobile-first products and machine learning-powered credit models look beyond credit scores, using over 250 real-time financial signals to recognize real potential. With millions of customers worldwide**,** we're not just changing how people access financial products — we're creating a new credit system that backs the working, whatever they're working toward. # About the Role This role sits at the heart of Tilt’s card growth engine. You’ll build and scale the credit card acquisition channels we haven’t fully tapped yet: **new affiliate partnerships, paid search, and paid social.** As the **Senior Manager, Card Growth**, you’ll own strategy, execution, and performance across these channels. You’ll source and launch new long-tail affiliate partners. You’ll build highly targeted search and social programs. You’ll turn new distribution into meaningful card volume and strong returns Card Growth at Tilt is different from most consumer marketing. You’ll work closely with credit, product, data science, and marketing to turn acquisition complexity into profitable growth at scale. ## How you’ll make an impact - **Scale the affiliates channel:** - Source, pitch, and launch affiliate partners that extend Tilt’s reach beyond our largest marketplaces. Own each partnership from first conversation through launch and ongoing optimization. - **Build paid search and social:** - Design and run targeted search and social programs built around who is likely to qualify, not just who will click. - **Shape policy with credit:** - Partner with credit to adapt prequalification policies so new channels and partners can launch and grow. - **Drive profitable acquisition:** - Work with credit and data science to apply models and targeting strategies that lift approved volume and return on spend. - **Build the test-and-learn engine:** - Design and run structured tests across partners, audiences, offers, creative, and bidding to improve performance over time. - **Influence product success:** - Work with product and engineering to shape the offers and application experiences that partners and digital channels depend on. - **See the full picture:** - Use data to connect channel performance to downstream outcomes like approval, activation, spend, and credit performance. ## Why you’re a great fit - You have **hands-on experience running growth programs** for lending products, ideally credit cards. - You’re deeply analytical and comfortable working with **SQL and Python day-to-day** to evaluate funnel performance and segment level unit economics. - You understand **prescreened/non prescreened acquisition strategies**, and how marketing and credit policy intersect. - You’re highly autonomous and organized, comfortable owning execution of an end-to-end channel. - You’re a clear, confident communicator who can influence across marketing, credit, product, and operations. - You’re relentlessly results-focused, with a strong bias toward experimentation and measurable outcomes. **Don’t meet every qualification? We care about potential over your past. If you're bringing ambition and drive to what we're building, we want to hear from you.** ## **What you'll get at Tilt** - **Virtual-first teamwork:** The Tilt team is collaborating across 14 countries, 12 time zones, and counting. You’ll get started with a WFH office reimbursement. - **Competitive pay:** We're big on potential, and it's reflected in our competitive compensation packages and generous equity. - **Complete support:** Find flexible health plans at every premium level, and substantial subsidies that stand up to global standards. - **Visibility is yours**: You can count on direct exposure to our leadership team — we’re a team where good ideas travel quickly. - **Paid global onsites**: Magic happens IRL: we gather twice yearly to reconnect over shared meals or kayaking adventures. (We’ve visited Vail, San Diego, and Mexico City, to name a few.) - **Impact is recognized**: Growth opportunities follow your contributions, not rigid promotion timelines. ## **The Tilt Way** We're looking for people who chase excellence and impact. Those who stand behind their work, celebrating the wins and learning from the missteps equally. We foster an environment where every voice is valued and mutual respect is non-negotiable — brilliant jerks need not apply. We're in this together, working to expand access to fair credit and prove that people are incredible. When you join us, it's not just another day at the [virtual] office, you're helping millions of hardworking people reach better financial futures. **You’re pushing ahead in your career? We can get behind that. Join us in building the credit system that people deserve.**
