Align with Sales on messaging, lead quality, and market feedback. Track launch performance against KPIs such as qualified leads, conversion, cost per acquired provider, and active providers, and share findings and recommendations with senior leadership. Strategic Partnerships (~40%) Identify and prioritize partners that open doors into new verticals, such as manufacturers and brands, distributors, associations, practice-management and healthtech platforms, and buying groups.
