Participation in International Projects #LI-LATAM We are seeking an experienced leader to join the Business & Technology Integration team as Senior Manager / Practice Lead , responsible for driving business growth, leading strategic client engagements, developing high-performing teams, and strengthening our Adobe capabilities in the market. This role requires a strong combination of business development, technology leadership, delivery management, executive stakeholder engagement, and people leadership . The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and a solid understanding of Salesforce or other leading CRM and MarTech platforms, enabling the design of integrated customer experience and marketing transformation solutions. Responsibilities As Senior Manager / Practice Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and growing the Adobe business, identifying new opportunities, leading complex transformation programs, and developing the capabilities required to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, connecting business strategy, customer experience, marketing, data, and technology to define transformation roadmaps and scalable solutions. You are expected to provide leadership across multiple teams and engagements, influence strategic decisions, develop senior client relationships, contribute to sales and pipeline development, and ensure strong delivery outcomes across the Adobe portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Lead and grow the practice, defining capability priorities, market positioning, solution offerings, and growth initiatives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior and executive-level client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on customer experience, digital marketing, data, personalization, and MarTech transformation. Identify, originate, and develop new business opportunities across existing and prospective clients. Lead opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, estimations, presentations, and executive-level client conversations. Partner with sales, account leadership, technology, strategy, data, marketing, and industry teams to build differentiated Adobe propositions and drive pipeline growth. Establish strategic relationships with Adobe and other technology partners to identify joint opportunities, strengthen capabilities, and accelerate go-to-market initiatives. Provide leadership and executive oversight across complex Adobe transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, solution architecture, delivery execution, and measurable business outcomes. Oversee delivery quality, project governance, financial performance, resource planning, risk management, and client satisfaction across multiple engagements. Guide solution architecture and technology decisions across the Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce ecosystem. Advise clients on customer data platforms, marketing automation, journey orchestration, personalization, analytics, customer identity, consent, segmentation, and activation strategies. Connect capabilities with broader enterprise ecosystems, including CRM, commerce, cloud, data platforms, APIs, and marketing technologies. Apply knowledge from platforms and capabilities to support integrated Adobe-Salesforce architectures and broader CRM and customer experience transformation discussions. Evaluate client MarTech landscapes and define target-state architectures, transformation roadmaps, platform strategies, and operating models. Drive the adoption of scalable delivery methodologies, reusable assets, accelerators, reference architectures, and implementation standards. Establish governance frameworks, technical standards, and delivery best practices across Adobe engagements. Lead multidisciplinary teams composed of architects, consultants, developers, analysts, marketing automation specialists, data professionals, and project managers. Coach and mentor managers, consultants, and specialists, supporting career development, technical growth, leadership skills, and succession planning. Define workforce and capability development strategies, identifying emerging skill requirements and establishing training and certification plans. Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and talent development activities to expand the Adobe capability. Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams and geographies. Monitor market trends, Adobe product evolution, customer experience technologies, generative AI capabilities, and emerging MarTech practices to identify new opportunities for clients and the business. Represent the Adobe capability in internal leadership forums, client workshops, executive briefings, industry discussions, and strategic partner conversations. Contribute to financial planning, revenue forecasting, pipeline management, utilization, margin improvement, and overall practice performance. Translate technology investments into measurable business outcomes, helping clients define value cases, KPIs, adoption strategies, and transformation success metrics. Preferred Skills and Experience Extensive experience in consulting, digital transformation, customer experience, marketing technology, enterprise technology, or related disciplines. Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex enterprise transformation programs. Deep understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem or Salesforce. Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and its core capabilities, including schemas, datasets, identity, profiles, audiences, governance, and activation. Experience with one or more Adobe solutions such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or Adobe Experience Manager. Salesforce CRM, or Salesforce Marketing cloud. Experience defining enterprise MarTech architectures, customer data strategies, personalization frameworks, marketing automation strategies, or omnichannel customer journeys. Knowledge of Salesforce platforms is highly preferred, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related CRM capabilities. Ability to understand and position Adobe and Salesforce capabilities within complex enterprise ecosystems rather than treating them as isolated technology platforms. Strong business development experience, including opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposal development, commercial discussions, and executive presentations. Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders. Experience managing program financials, budgets, forecasts, delivery risks, staffing, and commercial commitments. Strong understanding of consulting delivery models, operating models, transformation programs, and technology implementation lifecycles. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and executive-level recommendations. Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. Experience operating in global and multicultural environments. Demonstrated ability to build teams, develop talent, create new capabilities, and establish a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance business growth, client value, technology innovation, people development, and delivery excellence.
