Job description
**About PayJoy** PayJoy, a Public Benefit Corporation, is a mission-first credit provider dedicated to helping under-served customers in emerging markets to achieve financial stability and success. Our patented technology for secured credit provides an on-ramp for new customers to enter the credit system. Through PayJoy’s point-of-sale financing and card offerings, customers gain access to a modern quality of life. PayJoy’s credit also allows our customers to seize opportunities as micro-entrepreneurs, and acts as insurance for tough times. Through our cutting-edge machine learning, data science, and anti-fraud AI, we have served over 18 million customers as of 2025 while achieving solid profitability for sustainable growth. **This role** We're looking for a leader to own how our people feel when we gather — from the moment they walk through our doors to the moments that define our culture such as team celebrations and off-sites. This is a senior leadership role with broad scope: you'll oversee a global office portfolio, and oversee a seasoned team that runs internal and external events. If you thrive on tangible operations and the intangibles of culture, and you get equal satisfaction from negotiating a lease and designing an office layout, this role was built for you. ### Responsibilities \*\*Global Workplace & Facilities\*\* - Lead strategy and day-to-day operations for a multimillion-dollar portfolio of 14 offices in 12 countries, including leasing, build-outs, vendor management, and space planning - Ensure all offices reflect our culture, meet safety and compliance standards, and scale with our growth - Partner with Finance and Legal on real estate decisions, renewals, and expansions - Build and manage regional workplace teams and third-party partners - Establish repeatable processes, vendor relationships, and budget frameworks that raise the quality bar across all events ### Qualifications - 10+ years of progressive experience in workplace, employee experience, events, or a closely related field - Proven track record managing complex, multi-site real estate and facilities operations at scale - Strong operational mindset: you build systems, manage budgets rigorously, and hold vendors accountable - Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams across geographies - Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to define scope in a fast-moving environment ### Why This Role Is Unique This isn't a siloed facilities job or a pure culture role — it's both. You'll have real influence over the physical, cultural, and experiential dimensions of work for a global team, with budget and headcount to match. You'll work closely with senior leadership and leave a visible mark on how employees and customers experience this company. ### Benefits - 100% Company-funded Health and dental and vision discount plan for employees and immediate family members. - Life insurance. - Phone finance, Headphone, home office equipment and wellness perks. - 30 days of Christmas bonus - 20 days paid Vacation - 50% Vacation premium - 13% Saving funds - $2,000 MXN monthly grocery coupons - $2,000 USD annual Co-working Travel perk - $2,000 USD annual Professional Development perk - Catered lunches
