At Nautilus, we have a big and important mission: improve the health of millions by unleashing the potential of the proteome to accelerate drug development and enable a new world of precision and personalized medicine. We are developing a single-molecule protein analysis platform of unprecedented sensitivity, scale, and ease of use that we believe will democratize access to the proteome – one of the most dynamic and valuable sources of biological insight. To accomplish this, we are pursuing hard scientific problems with an entrepreneurial mindset and creating a world-class team of builders, innovators, and dreamers across a wide range of disciplines. We are hiring for a **Senior Marketing Manager** to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive Nautilus's go-to-market strategy, messaging, and coordinated marketing campaigns across channels, translating our defined roadmap and positioning input into executable plans and deliverables. You will own our brand, be a critical driver of our commercial launch in 2027, and help ensure sales and marketing operate as one efficient team. This role also has responsibility for directing part-time contributors and contractors. This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing. **Responsibilities** · Execute Nautilus's go-to-market strategy, activities, messaging, and coordinated campaigns, translating input from Product Management into executable marketing plans. · Coordinate multi-channel marketing activities (digital, email, content, events, social) to ensure consistent messaging and efficient use of budget and resources. · Serve as a key connective point between Sales and Marketing, identifying friction points and driving process improvements that increase efficiency between the two functions. · Develop marketing content directly (web copy, campaign assets, sales enablement materials, thought leadership) and manage contract writers, designers, and other freelance resources to scale content production. · Own the Nautilus brand, ensuring consistency of voice, visual identity, and messaging across all internal, customer and market facing materials. · Plan, manage, and execute marketing events (conferences, trade shows, webinars, road shows), owning logistics, budget, and post-event follow-up. · Own and manage HubSpot as our core marketing operations platform, including campaign setup, list management, and performance tracking. · Serve as a central driver of go-to-market execution for our planned 2027 product launch, working cross-functionally to ensure marketing deliverables are on track. · Monitor marketing KPIs to increase efficiency and efficacy. · Support PR and investor relations activities as needed, including drafting or reviewing external communications and coordinating with leadership on messaging. · Support internal communication activities as needed, including drafting or reviewing internal communications and coordinating with leadership on messaging. **Qualifications** · BS/BA in marketing, communications, business, or related field; 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in life sciences or biotech. · Demonstrated experience developing and executing go-to-market strategy, messaging, and multi-channel campaigns in support of a product launch. · Hands-on content creation skills (writing, editing, campaign development) paired with experience directing external writers, designers, or agencies. · Experience with HubSpot. · Experience planning and managing marketing events, from strategy through on-site execution. · Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly working with Product Management and Sales to align strategy with execution. · Exposure to PR or investor relations communications is a plus. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple contractors or part-time contributors. · Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-scaling environment ahead of a major product launch. · Ability to drive operational excellence and consistently deliver timely results independently. · Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. **Nautilus Team Culture** · We are determined to do whatever it takes to get our platform into the hands of researchers who will use it to upend the status quo in basic research and healthcare. · We work on cross functional teams, wear many hats, take risks to work through uncertainty, enjoy working collaboratively on challenging problems, and celebrate one another’s victories. · We go above and beyond, but also strive to provide a supportive atmosphere of colleagues who are willing to lend a helping hand and make working at Nautilus not only fulfilling in its end goals, but enjoyable on a day-to-day basis. **Our Values:** · Be Excellent · Be a Good Human · Catalyze Customer Success · Dream Big · Drive for Results · Enjoy the Voyage · Succeed as One Team
