Job description

Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to: Equipment Maintenance & Service undefined Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of air compressors, air dryers, and chillers . Carry out pump servicing , seal replacement, bearing inspection, and alignment. Execute maintenance of conveyors (belt, roller, or screw type), including lubrication, alignment, and motor coupling checks. Conduct mechanical alignment using dial indicators or precision instruments. Diagnose and rectify breakdowns to minimize downtime. undefined Project Execution undefined Assist in the design, layout, and installation of fire pipeline systems (hydrant, sprinkler, and hose reel lines). Supervise fabrication, erection, and commissioning work as per approved drawings and safety standards. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for project-related activities. undefined Documentation & Reporting undefined Maintain maintenance logs , inspection checklists, and service reports. Prepare root cause analysis (RCA) reports for major breakdowns.
