Our APAC teams work from Sydney, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, as part of a global network across the Americas, the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. What You Will Do All Senior Paid Media Managers Sign off launches in your area against our QA checklist and own the quality of that work. Run and optimise campaigns in your channel, Social or Search, and join publisher conversations with our Sydney Performance Account Managers. Find root causes and fix the process, not just the issue. Build and improve scripts, rules and automation, and teach at least one capability to the wider team. Roll out new features and tests approved by our consultants, and share results across APAC. Support Juniors and Mids with questions, guidance and training. Line manage a pod of 3 or 4: regular one-to-ones, coaching and development. Allocate work across the pod, manage priorities and sign off every launch. Partner with a Sydney Performance Account Manager on delivery quality for their accounts. What You Will Bring 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience in Social or Search; experience across both is a bonus. A strong record of accurate work, and experience reviewing or signing off others' work. Track-specific: people leadership (Pod Lead), or client-facing experience, ideally with Australian clients (Client track). Clear English and confidence with Australian stakeholders and publishers. Examples of automation or AI tools or workflows you have built. Nice to have: retail or ecommerce experience, Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications. Skills & Attributes Strong communication and presentation skills; you build trusted client relationships. Commercially minded, with a clear grasp of the trade-offs between efficiency and scale. Highly organised and diligent across a high volume of priorities, without losing accuracy. Analytical, using data to inform decisions and recommendations. Proactive, solutions-oriented and calm under pressure, with genuine ownership of outcomes. A collaborative team player across multi-disciplinary teams. Why Join Us Lead people or clients on major brands from KL; choose and switch your track; clear routes into Hub Lead or Performance Account Manager roles.
