Senior/Middle Compliance Manager - Genesis

Job description

Genesis is a Ukrainian co-founding IT company and one of the largest global publishers of non-gaming applications. We create products in the fastest-growing verticals—from Health & Fitness and Education to AI-powered Utilities and Entertainment. Products born within the Genesis ecosystem have been downloaded over 1 billion times, with tens of millions of users engaging with them worldwide every month. We’re scaling our Compliance function and looking for a Senior / Middle Compliance Manager to help ensure our products and marketing operations meet the standards of the world’s leading platforms — including Meta, Google, Apple, and TikTok. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of product, marketing, and platform policy — driving compliance, reducing risk, and enabling sustainable growth across our app ecosystem. And play a key role in protecting and scaling our business by ensuring we operate within platform rules while maintaining high performance. Your work will directly impact product strategy, marketing execution, and partner relationships. What you’ll be doing: Own compliance across mobile apps, marketing creatives, and user-facing content. Partner directly with Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok, and other platforms to resolve policy-related issues. Monitor and interpret policy updates, translating them into clear, actionable guidance for product and marketing teams. Review and approve marketing and product content to ensure alignment with platform policies. Lead cross-functional check-ins to proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks. Develop internal policies, frameworks, and playbooks to scale compliance practices. Deliver trainings and workshops to elevate policy awareness across teams. What we expect from you: 3+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or a related field. Strong ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently solve complex problems. Excellent research and analytical skills. B2+ English (written and spoken). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Interest in technology, digital products, and platform ecosystems. What we offer: Direct impact on the strategy and growth of one of the largest tech hubs in CEE. Collaboration with founders and senior leaders at global partners (Apple, Amazon, Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more). Ambitious, high-impact projects, including AI-driven initiatives. Fully equipped, comfortable office environment with meals, lounge areas, and wellness benefits. Corporate medical services and insurance after the probation period. 20 days of paid vacation, unlimited sick days, and all necessary work equipment. Access to top-tier courses, corporate meetups, lectures, and business/management programs.
