Business Function Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Job Objective Provide administrative & maintenance support so as to deliver good quality fund administration services with efficiency and without any compromise to risk control to both external and internal customers. Responsibilities Perform fund valuation and net asset value reconciliation Perform general ledger and transaction input Assist to liaise with auditor on Fund audit work Update subscription and redemption records are properly in the system Handle enquiries from fund manager in an efficient manner Perform stock and cash reconciliation and ensure fees and expenses are properly accrued Adhere to the operating procedures, and comply with company requirements, regulatory requirements (e.g. HKMA, MAS, etc) and Audit / Risk Management guidelines pertaining to the operations Report any suspicious / outstanding transaction or incident to Team Head, Department Head and other relevant parties for necessary action per the Incident Management Policy Participate in user acceptance test for system enhancements. Review business requirements and functional specifications. Prepare test cases and conduct testing Participate in project initiatives and business development, e.g. customer implementation, business continuity management, review of operational procedures, policies and guidelines; specific and job related training, etc. Handle regular and ad hoc tasks as designed by Team Head and Department Head.
