This is a commercial role with a clear objective: build partnerships that generate qualified sales pipeline and revenue for Perk. You’ll identify and recruit the right partners, develop joint go-to-market strategies, and turn those relationships into a repeatable growth channel. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing while owning partner relationships from initial outreach through launch, activation, and ongoing performance. The ideal person combines a builder’s mindset with strong commercial instincts. You’re comfortable opening doors, creating something from scratch, and earning the trust of senior stakeholders. You’re ambitious, persistent, and focused on measurable results. **What You’ll Do** - **Build our partner ecosystem:** Identify, recruit, and develop high-potential referral, reseller, technology, and strategic alliance partners across Europe, with a particular focus on DACH. - **Generate pipeline and revenue:** Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets, turning partnerships into a meaningful and repeatable growth channel for Perk. - **Create joint go-to-market strategies:** Build plans with priority partners across target accounts, campaigns, events, referrals, and co-selling motions. - **Own the commercial relationship:** Lead partner conversations from initial outreach through business case development, negotiation, contracting, launch, and ongoing growth. - **Activate and enable partners:** Give partners the product knowledge, sales materials, training, and support they need to confidently position Perk and identify opportunities. - **Partner closely with Sales and Marketing:** Ensure partner-generated opportunities are effectively routed, prioritised, and converted, while creating scalable ways for our commercial teams to work with partners. - **Measure and improve performance:** Set targets, forecast partner pipeline and revenue, identify what’s working, and continuously improve our partnership strategy and playbooks. - **Bring new opportunities to Perk:** Stay close to market and product developments and identify new partner models that can accelerate growth or create meaningful value for our customers. **What We’re Looking For** - **Languages:** Native or near-native fluency in German and professional fluency in English. - **Track record:** Proven success in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or business development, ideally within SaaS, fintech, travel technology, or another B2B technology environment. - **ERP and finance technology ecosystem**: Hands on experience working with ERP, accounting and finance automation vendors and their partner ecosystems (e.g Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Xero, Datev). - **Commercial performance:** A history of building partnerships that generate measurable sales pipeline and revenue against targets. - **Builder mentality:** Comfortable developing new partner relationships and go-to-market motions from scratch rather than simply managing an established programme. - **Executive presence:** Strong communication and presentation skills, with the credibility to build relationships and negotiate with senior and C-level stakeholders. - **Commercial judgment:** Able to assess which opportunities are worth pursuing, structure mutually valuable partnerships, and focus time on the relationships most likely to produce meaningful results. - **Cross-functional mindset:** A low-ego, team-first approach and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other teams. - **Ownership:** Independent, ambitious, persistent, and comfortable being accountable for outcomes. - Based within commuting distance of our hub. - **Travel:** Willingness to travel regularly across Europe for partner meetings, conferences and events. **What we offer** - Receive competitive compensation and equity ownership in Perk - Rest and recharge with 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays - Take control of your physical health with private medical cover and voluntary dental insurance from Bupa, and discounted gym memberships with GymFlex - Plan for your future with our qualifying earnings company pension plan with Aviva - Know that your loved ones are protected financially through your Life Insurance if the worst were to happen - Rest assured that you’re covered by income protection in case you experience a long-term sickness or absence - Leverage tax-efficient cycle and electric car schemes with Cycle2Work & Octopus - Join our unforgettable Perk events, including our spectacular annual summer party - Always feel supported with Spring Health, our market-leading wellbeing partner, providing fast, comprehensive access to 12x therapy and 12x coaching sessions for you and your loved ones - Focus on your family with 12-16 weeks’ paid parental leave - Contribute to your community with 16 paid hours per year to spend volunteering for your dearest charitable causes - Broaden your horizons with up to 20 "Work from Anywhere" days per year - Stay savvy with access to a wide variety of discounts and rewards - Follow your passions and take a four-week, fully paid sabbatical once you reach 5 years - Let us help you move to one of our hubs with relocation support **Interview Process** - Talent Acquisition Interview - 30mins Virtual - Hiring Manager Interview - 30mins Virtual - Assessment Interview - 60mins - Virtual - Values interview - 30mins virtual **AI at Perk** AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes. **How We Work** At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
