We’re not just about serving people - we’re about creating a marketplace to bring people what they need while infusing social values. ### Responsibilities - **Transaction & Payment Management**: Oversee daily back-office routines, pay-ins, payouts, payment gateways. - **Process Optimization**: Identify operational bottlenecks and drive automation or process redesign with product and engineering teams. - **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Partner with tech, risk, product, and compliance teams to troubleshoot system failures and resolve user friction points quickly. - **Compliance & Risk Oversight**: Monitor adherence to KYC, AML, PCI DSS, and local financial regulations. - **Performance Reporting**: Track core operational KPIs, transaction success rates, and conversion metrics using dashboards. - **On-Call Function**: Work after working hours to provide support 24/7. ### Core Requirements - **Experience**: 3 to 6+ years in fintech operations, payment processing, or business analysis. - **Technical Skills**: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and experience with SQL, BI reporting tools, or ERP/financial systems. - **Domain Knowledge**: Solid understanding of digital wallets, lending protocols, merchant acquiring, or bank integrations. - **Soft Skills**: Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and crisis response capabilities.
