Analytics Project Delivery: Lead and execute the delivery of complex People Analytics initiatives, coordinating technical requirements, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders in alignment with established priorities. Advanced Analytics & Innovation: Help expand the use of predictive analytics, automation, self-service reporting, and AI-enabled workforce insights as data and technology capabilities mature.
