Senior People & Culture Manager, EMEA & APJ

Job description

About the role Are you an experienced People & Culture leader who thrives at the intersection of business, people, and growth? Truvio is on an exciting post-merger journey, bringing four companies together as one. As we shape our shared organization, culture, and ways of working, much is still being built from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to take on a highly influential international role, shape our people agenda across EMEA and APJ, and help create the organization we need for the future. As our Senior People & Culture Manager, you will join the EMEA & APJ Management Team and work closely with senior leaders to turn business ambitions into meaningful people strategies. With a broad scope spanning leadership, talent, reward, employee experience, culture, and Office Experience, you will have both the mandate and the opportunity to make a visible difference, combining strategic direction with hands-on leadership in an ambitious, growing, and international organization. What you will do Lead and develop the People & Culture agenda across EMEA and APJ, partnering closely with the Management Team, business leaders, and local managers. Drive initiatives across talent and performance, organizational and leadership development, employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. Own the regional Compensation & Benefits strategy and Truvio’s global Talent Acquisition strategy. Ensure compliant and effective people practices across the regions, including employment law, policies, contracts, employee data, and HR systems. Use People data and KPIs to guide decisions and improve attraction, engagement, retention, absence, and inclusion. Champion the use of AI and automation across People & Culture, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve the employee experience, and enable more data-driven decision-making. Lead regional and global initiatives, including organizational change, integrations, system implementations, and policy development. Lead and develop your team while supporting a healthy, safe, inclusive, and engaging work environment. What you bring Experience and expertise A bachelor’s degree in the relevant field, or equivalent experience, together with 10+ years of progressive People & Culture experience, including a senior HR leadership role in an international organization. Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law and experience managing employment matters in Sweden; broader experience across EMEA and APJ, working with external legal advisors, is an advantage. Experience partnering with senior leaders and contributing as a member of a management team. Broad strategic and operational HR expertise across talent and performance, organizational and leadership development, engagement, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and workplace health and safety. Proven ability to lead complex regional or global initiatives, including organizational change, integrations, HR system implementations, and policy development. Experience using People data and KPIs to support decisions and drive improvements. Proven experience using AI as a natural part of your day-to-day work, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve People & Culture processes. Experience leading and developing HR teams. Previous experience leading an Office Experience or workplace team is an advantage. Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English (our company language is English). Who you are You are a forward-thinking and pragmatic People & Culture leader who turns business needs into clear priorities and meaningful action. You build trust quickly, communicate with clarity, and are confident advising, influencing, and constructively challenging senior stakeholders. You lead with purpose and inclusion, creating direction while empowering others to take ownership, grow, and succeed. You thrive in change, bring structure to complexity, and enjoy building new ways of working rather than relying on established solutions. You are genuinely curious about developments in AI and actively explore how emerging tools and automation can create smarter, more efficient, and more impactful ways of working within People & Culture. You combine sound judgment and high integrity with the energy and hands-on mindset needed to move between strategy and delivery. Your leadership scope You will lead a dedicated smaller People & Culture team and be accountable for the team’s direction, delivery, wellbeing, and development, while ensuring the right capabilities and ways of working are in place for current and future needs. Why join Truvio? At Truvio, you will join an ambitious, international organization where people are encouraged to take ownership, build trust, drive innovation, and succeed together. You will have the opportunity to influence our global people agenda, work closely with leaders across the business, and make a visible impact on how we grow and develop as a company.
