Data Integrity and Systems • Own a trusted pricing source of truth. Maintain accurate customer pricing records so approved pricing executes cleanly across internal systems, customer portals, brokers, and distributors. • Strengthen accuracy across pricing tools and TPM (e.g., Blacksmith) through reliable reporting, disciplined documentation, and remediation of legacy gaps surfaced through audit. • Improve broker and distributor coordination so submitted deals, portals, and downstream pricing can be tracked without manual reconstruction.
