Senior Principal - Insurance Transformation

This role is primarily focused on assisting major clients deliver value to their customers within the context of their new operating model and transformation goals.Role summary* Lead complex engagements; collaborates with others to identify, sell and deliver consulting projects dealing with strategies and plans for strategic transformation.* Develop diagnostics, strategies, road maps and business cases for large scale transformations* Build and maintain strong client relationships, network extensively with industry experts and forums and contribute to the firm building through recruitment, mentoring, training and Intellectual Property generation (issuing POV’s, Whitepapers etc.)Measures of success* Lead consulting engagements; realizing benefits and meeting agreed time, budgetary and quality measures.* Deep Insurance industry experience and domain knowledge* Experience in delivering transformation across Insurance value chain.
