Senior/Principal Product Manager - Infrastructure

Job description

**About our team:** Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We design and operate AI-native infrastructure platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale — powering GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems for the most demanding environments. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure from powered land, to compute, to software. As we scale our operations and deploy capital into the next generation of AI infrastructure, we are looking to expand our product team with leaders who can combine technical strength with execution excellence and are driven to build. Radiant was established by Brookfield, a leading global alternative asset manager with over US$1 trillion of assets under management across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and transition, private equity and credit. Brookfield's global relationships, investment expertise and access to long-term institutional capital provide Radiant with a differentiated platform from which to develop, finance and operate AI infrastructure assets. This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally. **Job Summary:** As a Senior/Principal Product Manager - Infrastructure, you will own the roadmap, prioritisation, and delivery of the core infrastructure that underpins Radiant’s platform. You’ll work closely with platform engineering, software engineering, networking, SRE, security, and infrastructure teams across Kubernetes, networking, storage, and shared platform services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the roadmap, backlog, prioritisation, and delivery for Radiant’s core platform infrastructure. - Work with engineering teams to understand requirements across Kubernetes, networking, storage, compute, and shared infrastructure services. - Translate technical needs into clear initiatives, stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and priorities. - Manage work across new platform capabilities, upgrades, configuration changes, reliability improvements, technical debt, and security requirements. - Coordinate infrastructure lifecycle work including Kubernetes upgrades, network and SDN changes, storage platforms, load balancing, DNS, ingress, and shared platform services. - Identify cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and infrastructure constraints that could impact product development. - Ensure infrastructure changes are planned with appropriate consideration for testing, migration, compatibility, rollback, resilience, and operational impact. - Partner with engineering to ensure the platform remains scalable, reliable, secure, observable, and maintainable. **Qualifications:** - Experience in a technical product, platform product, infrastructure, or technical programme management role. - Strong understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure. - Good understanding of infrastructure domains including: - Networking: SDN, routing, DNS, load balancing, firewalls - Storage: persistent storage, distributed storage, resilience, encryption - Compute: clusters, nodes, capacity, scheduling, scaling - Infrastructure-as-code and configuration management - Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Terraform, Helm, Argo CD/Flux, Cilium/Calico, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar. - Able to participate credibly in technical discussions and understand architecture, dependencies, and trade-offs without being the primary implementer. - Strong backlog management, prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Comfortable balancing feature enablement, platform reliability, upgrades, technical debt, and operational risk. **What you bring:** - **Infrastructure fluency:** Understand how compute, Kubernetes, networking, storage, and platform services fit together. - **Technical product management:** Turn engineering needs into structured, prioritised work. - **Systems thinking:** Understand dependencies and downstream impact across the platform. - **Prioritisation:** Balance product delivery with reliability, maintenance, security, and technical debt. - **Ownership:** Drive infrastructure initiatives from requirements through delivery and rollout. **Our values:** - **Set the standard:** Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up - **Inspire the change:** There’s no blueprint for the future. You’ll embrace challenges and change - **You’re real and you’re true to yourself:** We cherish and celebrate diversity so you’ll feel right at home whoever you are and whoever you’re talking to, you treat everyone the same. **Why should you join us?** What sets us apart is our blend of modern technology, competitive benefits, and an open, welcoming work culture that enables our people to thrive.
