### **ABOUT THE ROLE** We are looking for a **Senior Product Designer (UI/UX-focused)** to join our Product Design team at RootstockLabs. This is a **product-first role**. We are looking for someone who can **own the end-to-end product design process**, deeply understand user problems, and translate them into intuitive, scalable solutions across web and mobile. The role requires a **strong emphasis on UX thinking and high-quality UI execution**. Both are equally important. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to design user-centered experiences and contribute to the evolution of our design system. While the primary focus of this role is product design, **experience with illustration and motion design is a strong plus**. The ability to enhance product experiences with custom visuals, storytelling, or motion/video assets will significantly increase your impact. ### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Own the **end-to-end product design process** from problem definition to final delivery - Identify and validate user pain points through **research, prototyping, and testing** - Translate product and business requirements into **clear, intuitive design solutions** - Design high-quality user experiences across **web and mobile** - Create and deliver **pixel-perfect UI** with strong attention to detail (layout, typography, hierarchy) - Build, maintain, and evolve a **scalable design system** - **Design and produce print materials** (e.g., brochures, event assets) as needed to support business and marketing initiatives - Collaborate closely with **Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams** - Ensure consistency across all product and brand touchpoints - Conduct design QA and iterate based on feedback and performance ### **WHAT YOU BRING** - **7+ years** of experience in **product design (UX/UI)** - Strong experience designing **end-to-end product experiences** (not just visuals) - Proven expertise in **UX thinking, flows, and problem-solving** - High level of **UI craft and visual execution** - Strong experience working with and scaling **design systems** - Ability to work **hands-on** while thinking strategically - Experience collaborating with **engineering and product teams** - Ability to work autonomously in a **remote, cross-timezone environment** - Fluent English (spoken and written) ### **NICE TO HAVE** - Experience in **Web3, crypto** - Experience with **motion design, including video creation (not only micro-interactions)** - Experience with **illustration or custom visual assets creation** - Basic understanding of **front-end development** - Experience working in **fast-paced startup environments** ### **ROOTIES BENEFITS** At RootstockLabs, we don’t just offer a job, we offer a community.
