Join our open, collaborative and trusting culture that works directly with motivated and inspiring co-workers where you can also find the opportunity to grow your expertise and skills in Silicon Valley startup culture. ### What You’ll Do - Design user-friendly and effective UI/UX solutions for our **SaaS** products, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, while conducting user research and usability testing. - Manage design workflows efficiently using **Figma**. - Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to create a cohesive roadmap that aligns with the company’s goals and ensures seamless integration of designs into development processes. - Analyze user feedback to iterate and continuously improve designs, ensuring they meet business and user needs. - Create compelling user journey scenarios, information architecture, interaction, and visual designs that elevate the user experience. - Develop and implement innovative design initiatives that contribute to larger systems and new product opportunities. ### What You’ll Bring - **5+ years** demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design, - Expert-level proficiency in Figma and other design tools. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies. - Proven experience in SaaS product design and user experience improvement. - Strong visual design and typography skills. - Deep understanding of user-centered design processes (UX research, usability testing). - Advanced written and verbal English communication skills. - Detail-oriented with a creative problem-solving mindset. - Excellent organizational and project management skills and attention to detail. - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. ### What We Offer - Competitive USD salary - Private Health Insurance - Top-notch tech equipment - English-speaking and multinational work environment. - Free breakfast every day - Unlimited fun and snack bar - Flexible work hours - Monthly Food Allowance - Flexible vacation - Unlimited online courses
