Senior Product Manager, Agent Identity Management

Job description

## **Who We Are** Pindrop is a cybersecurity company delivering continuous identity verification across voice, video, and digital interactions. Powered by the Pindrop Intelligence Network, our unified trust platform helps enterprises answer three critical questions: **Is this identity synthetic?** Detect AI-generated and manipulated voice and video. **Is this identity risky?** Identify fraud, suspicious behavior, and other risk signals. **Is this identity known?** Authenticate identities using voice, device, behavioral, and other signals. Pindrop brings this intelligence together across purpose-built trust engines to help organizations make informed decisions in real time — protecting customers, workforce interactions, and emerging AI-driven interactions. Pindrop protects billions of high-risk interactions for enterprises, including leading financial institutions, insurers, and healthcare organizations. Its technology is informed by more than 8 billion real-world interactions annually and protected by 300+ patents. Recognized by TIME as one of the 10 Most Influential Software Companies of 2026 and by Inc. for Best in Business for Innovation, Pindrop is backed by leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, IVP, and CapitalG. ### **What you’ll do** AI agents are becoming participants in customer and enterprise interactions. Organizations need more than a signal that a caller or participant is AI: they need to establish who the agent is, whom it represents, what it is permitted to do, and what evidence supports that decision. Pindrop is extending its real-time identity trust platform to help enterprises safely service authorized AI agents across communication channels, with verifiable identity, delegated authorization, risk-based controls, and auditable proof of access. As Senior Product Manager, Agent Identity Management, you will take primary ownership of this emerging product area-from customer validation and product strategy to MVP execution, customer adoption, and commercialization. You will work autonomously with Research, Engineering, Security, Design, and go-to-market teams, making informed technical and commercial trade-offs while building a scalable enterprise offering. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role for someone who owns outcomes, not just a feature backlog. - Own the product vision and roadmap for agent identity management: agent identification, identity verification, authorization signals, and secure servicing decisions, beginning with real-time voice interactions and expanding as customer needs validate. - Lead customer discovery with enterprises, contact center leaders, security and identity teams, and agent ecosystem partners; translate workflows, threat models, and trust requirements into prioritized product opportunities. - Define end-to-end experiences for agent registration or discovery, verified agent claims, delegated user or business authority, risk-based step-up, policy integration, and evidence-rich audit trails - with clear boundaries between Pindrop and enterprise decisions. - Partner with Research, Engineering, and Security to evaluate technical approaches such as cryptographic identity assertions, public-key verification, anti-spoofing, replay protection, and trust signals; make pragmatic tradeoffs across security, usability, interoperability, and time to market. - Drive early-access programs, prototypes, and customer pilots; establish hypotheses, measurable success criteria, and fast feedback loops to validate product-market fit and a repeatable deployment model. - Work with adjacent Pindrop product teams to connect agent identity capabilities with deepfake detection, authentication, risk intelligence, and real-time policy/orchestration workflows. - Shape integrations and ecosystem strategy across enterprise contact center platforms, agent providers, and identity infrastructure. Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on differentiation, positioning, pricing, packaging, launches, and customer expansion. - Own measurable product and commercial outcomes - including pilot-to-production conversion, adoption, successful authorized-agent servicing, security decision quality, integration time, audit coverage, and revenue potential. Diagnose performance or adoption gaps and drive improvements across teams. ### Who you are - A zero-to-one product builder who is comfortable creating clarity in an emerging market and equally motivated by shipping, learning, and iterating. - Customer-obsessed and threat-aware: you understand both the value of enabling legitimate agent interactions and the consequences of weak identity or authorization. - Technically fluent and analytical: you can challenge assumptions, use product and operational data to diagnose issues, and partner credibly with researchers and engineers on APIs, security controls, architecture, and platform trade-offs. - A clear communicator and cross-functional driver who can align teams around customer problems, explicit decisions, and measurable results. - Commercially accountable and pragmatic: you treat adoption, customer value, revenue, and unit economics as your responsibility, balancing the long-term platform ambition against near-term customer needs. ### Your skill-set *Must-haves:* - 5–7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, platform, cybersecurity, or related technical products, with a demonstrated record of shipping and growing customer-facing products. - Proven ability to lead customer discovery, define MVPs, drive cross-functional delivery, and translate ambiguous enterprise problems into product strategy, launches, and measurable adoption. - Strong technical fluency with APIs, distributed or real-time systems, authentication and authorization concepts, integration architecture, and security/privacy trade-offs; ability to reason about reliability, latency, and operating costs. - Strong analytical and commercial judgment: experience using product data and customer feedback to diagnose issues, make prioritization decisions, and influence Engineering, Research, Sales, and executive stakeholders. *Nice-to-haves:* - Experience in identity and access management (IAM/CIAM), biometric or step-up authentication, delegated authorization, OAuth/OIDC, PKI, verifiable credentials, or non-human identities. - Experience with AI agents, agent frameworks, agent-to-enterprise interactions, or emerging agent identity and trust standards. - Background in contact centers, real-time voice/video communications, fraud detection, biometrics, or high-assurance identity verification. - Hands-on experience querying product data, debugging API or integration problems, working with ML-powered products, or launching and commercializing security solutions in regulated enterprises. ### What’s in it for you At Pindrop, product managers build at the intersection of a major technology shift, immediate customer needs, and proven strengths in real-time identity and fraud prevention. You will take primary ownership of an emerging product area from zero to one, helping enterprises move from blocking unknown AI callers to securely recognizing, assessing, and servicing authorized AI agents. - Take end-to-end ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and commercialization for agent identity management. You will turn customer validation into scalable enterprise software and build a critical new growth engine for Pindrop. - Work in an environment where AI is transforming both the products we build and how work gets done. With innovation as a core value, you will help shape how an AI-first company operates while establishing trust and authorization standards for autonomous agents. - Collaborate across Research, Engineering, Security, Design, and go-to-market teams. You will gain firsthand visibility into how senior leaders evaluate technical and commercial trade-offs, navigate high-stakes company milestones, and scale the business. - Address critical trust challenges for organizations servicing AI interactions. You will define how enterprises determine who an AI agent is, whom it represents, what it is permitted to do, and what evidence supports that decision. - Lead discovery directly with enterprise contact center leaders, security and identity teams, and agent ecosystem partners. You will drive early-access programs, test hypotheses with design partners, and establish product-market fit. - Move beyond feature-backlog management to own measurable product, operational, and commercial outcomes. You will build the executive presence, strategic judgment, and operational track record required to develop into a broader business leader. - Travel: This US-based position, requires at least 6 trips per year for team on-sites, cross-functional workshops, and company events. ### What we offer As a part of Pindrop, you’ll have a direct impact on our growing list of products and the future of security in the voice-driven economy.
