Job description

**About Us**At Litify, we're powering a new era for the legal industry. Since its founding in 2016, Litify has helped law firms and corporate legal departments turn operations into impact through its leading AI-native Platform of Action. Over 55K legal professionals and 450+ enterprise clients across plaintiff, insurance defense, immigration, and the Fortune 500 trust Litify to combine cloud-based technology, configurable AI-native workflows, agentic AI, and powerful business analytics into one open ecosystem that moves legal teams from systems of record to systems of action. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and recognized as an Inc. 5000 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 fastest-growing private company, Litify is at the center of legal innovation. Headquartered in New York, we're building the last legal platform our customers will ever need. **About the Role**Litify is building an AI Call Intelligence suite that turns everyday client and case conversations into structured, usable work product — and, increasingly, AI voice agents that can hold those conversations themselves. This Senior Product Manager will own that product line end to end: how calls are captured, transcribed, and summarized; how insight lands in the workflows our clients already run; and how inbound and outbound voice agents and the agentic workflows behind them take real work off our clients' plates. The role carries full ownership of client engagement, market discovery, backlog health, and release execution. **Profile Summary**We're looking for a Senior PM with **5+ years of product management experience**, including **2+ years building or managing AI-powered products**. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong operational discipline, thrives in cross-functional settings, and can confidently engage with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive AI initiatives from concept through launch. Experience with voice, conversational, or agentic AI is a strong plus, as is a background in legal or legal tech. **Core Responsibilities:** - Own the **end-to-end lifecycle** for Litify's AI Call Intelligence products. - Set the roadmap for **call capture, transcription, and AI-generated summaries**, balancing accuracy, speed, and cost. - Define how conversational insight lands in the platform — **case records, intake qualification, follow-up tasks, and other CRM activity**. - Ship **AI voice agents** for inbound and outbound use cases. - Own the **agentic workflows** those calls trigger, along with the guardrails and evaluation standards for agent behavior. - Build the **QA and coaching** experience: call scoring, topic detection, signals libraries, and manager review tooling. - Lead **client discovery and beta programs**, and champion the voice of the customer with client-facing teams. - Run **market and competitive research** to inform new opportunities and commercialization strategy. - Translate strategy into a prioritized **backlog** and partner with engineering, design, data science, and GTM to ship it. - Drive adoption and measure success through data-driven insights. **Required Experience & Skills:** - 5+ years in product management within B2B SaaS or workflow automation platforms. - 2+ years managing **AI, ML, or data-intensive products**. - Proven success leading **cross-functional delivery** and working directly with clients or external partners. - Experience shipping products built on **unstructured or probabilistic data**, including setting quality bars and designing for model error. - Hands-on experience with **conversational or agentic AI** — voice or chat agents, tool-calling and orchestration, dialog design, or evaluating autonomous systems in production. - Experience translating business goals into technical execution. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong organizational discipline and ability to handle multiple priorities in parallel. **Bonus Points:** - Experience with **Salesforce** or Salesforce-native applications. - Experience with **telephony, VoIP, or contact center platforms**. - Familiarity with **speech-to-text, speaker diarization, or conversation analytics** tooling. - Experience with **voice agent or conversational AI frameworks** and real-time speech pipelines. - Background in legal or legal tech, fintech, or other complex operational domains. - Familiarity with LLMs, document intelligence, or data extraction workflows. **Reporting Line:** Reports to Director, AI Product & Commercialization **Location:** Remote or hybrid **Seniority Level:** Senior IC with cross-functional leadership influence **Disclosure:** The estimated base salary pay range for this role is $140,000-155,000.
