Senior Product Manager, AI-Native Platform

Job description

At Similarweb, we are revolutionizing the way businesses interact with the digital world by revealing to them everything that happens online. Our unique data and solutions empower thousands of customers globally, including industry giants like Google, eBay, and Adidas, to make game-changing decisions that drive their digital strategies. In 2021, we went public on the New York Stock Exchange, and we continue to reach new heights! Come work alongside Similarwebbers across the globe who are bright, curious, practical, and good people. ## **About the role** We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Similarweb's new AI-native platform: its direction, its product experience, and the engineering team that builds it. The platform brings Similarweb's data and an AI agent into one workspace, where marketers and analysts go from a question to an answer to action. Customers use it in our own interface and from the AI tools they already work in. This is a hands-on role. You'll shape what the product does, test ideas yourself, and take them to customers, working closely with engineering, design, data and go-to-market teams. ## **What you'll do** - Own the product strategy and roadmap for the platform, and the outcomes it drives: adoption, engagement, retention and growth. - Lead a dedicated engineering team from the product side, together with design: priorities, requirements, trade-offs and delivery. - Define how AI shows up in the product: what the agent does, how its output becomes something users can rely on and act on, and what good quality looks like. - Work across the teams the platform depends on, including AI, data and platform teams, to align on what's needed and when. - Bring domain expertise from across the company into the product. - Stay close to customers and the market: run discovery, use data to learn what works, and follow the competitive landscape. - Partner with marketing, sales and customer success to launch, position and grow the product. ## **What you bring** - 5+ years in product management, mostly in B2B SaaS. - Experience shipping AI or LLM-powered products to customers, and a solid understanding of how they behave in production, including quality and evaluation. - Strong product sense and UX judgment, ideally on complex, data-rich products. - Hands-on and technical: you prototype with AI tools, work with data yourself, and go deep with engineers. - A track record of leading work across several teams and stakeholders. - Data-driven decision making, and the judgment to say no. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. **This role is not for you if:** - You want a mature product with a settled roadmap. Parts of this one are still being decided. - You'd rather hand work off than try it yourself. ## **Nice to have** - Experience with agent or workflow automation products. - Background in marketing, digital intelligence or analytics. - Usage-based pricing or product-led growth. - A technical background in engineering, data or analytics. - Hebrew. ## **About the team** You'll report to the Product Director for AI and data products. Each PM in the group owns a product area end to end and works closely with their own engineering team. PMs here are hands-on and use AI tools in their daily work. Location: Givatayim (Tel Aviv area), Israel. Hybrid. ## **How to apply** If you've built something with AI (a prototype, an agent, a tool), include a link with your application. We'll look at it first. **Why you’ll love being a Similarwebber:** **You’ll actually love the product you work with:** Our customers aren’t our only raving fans. When we asked our employees why they chose to come work at Similarweb, 99% of them said “the product.” Imagine how exciting your job is when you get to work with the most powerful digital intelligence platform in the world. **You’ll find a home for your big ideas:** We encourage an open dialogue and empower employees to bring their ideas to the table. You’ll find the resources you need to take initiative and create meaningful change within the organization. **We offer competitive perks & benefits:** We take your well-being seriously, and offer competitive compensation packages to all employees. We also put a strong emphasis on community, with regular team outings and happy hours. **You can grow your career in any direction you choose:** Interested in becoming a VP or want to transition into a different department? Whether it’s Career Week, personalized coaching, or our ongoing learning solutions, you’ll find all the tools and opportunities you need to develop your career right here. **Diversity isn’t just a buzzword:** People want to work in a place where they can be themselves. We strive to create a workplace that is reflective of the communities we serve, where everyone is empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work. We are committed to inclusivity across race, gender, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation, age, religion, spirituality, identity and experience. Our culture of equality and mutual respect also helps us better understand and serve our customers in a world that is becoming more global, more diverse, and more digital every day.
