You're building experiences that don't exist yet. - Customer-facing product and APIs across the Mollie app (web and native mobile) for business banking customers. - A banking proposition layered on Mollie's existing payments infrastructure, reaching customers who are already active and engaged. **What you'll bring** - Experience leading a cross-functional product team in an everyday, hands-on capacity - Comfort with the full product lifecycle, including early-stage building and scaling - Ability to operate in a high-ambition, high-resource environment alongside experienced and passionate product leaders from across the industry **Grow your way** At Mollie, growth is personal. You’ll get regular feedback and performance reviews to support your development, with fair and transparent salary reviews along the way. **Unlock your full potential and join us to eliminate financial bureaucracy** If you're excited by the idea of building what's next, for yourself and for thousands of businesses across Europe.
