You will defin
e
and own the product
strategy for Egnyte’s Financial Services
and Insurance (FSI)
vertical
. You will
identify and articulate industry-specific use-cases and help prioritize them for meeting Egnyte’s revenue and adoption goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Own the FSI product strategy and priorities, translating the needs of PE/VC, wealth management, banking, and insurance customers into clear, well-articulated use cases and requirements
Parter with and influence other product managers to get FSI-critical capabilities onto their roadmaps, building the business case and providing context to drive successful product releases
Drive the definition of FSI-specific AI agents, workflows, and document extraction capabilities
Work closely with the FSI subject matter expert, sales, and customer success teams to support key deals and strategic customers
Collaborate with sales and marketing on positioning, collateral, go-to-market strategy, and success metrics
Represent Egnyte at industry events and customer advisory sessions
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
5+
years experience
in Product Management
2+ years of experience
building products for the FSI industry
Strong knowledge of FSI workflow
s
and process
es
, e.g., fund operations and investor servicing, wealth/advisory operations, banking or insurance.
Familiarity with
applied
AI/LLM concepts relevant to this role: document extraction,
agentic workflows
, dataset creation, and evaluating model output quality
Demonstrated success driving design, development and implementation of new product functionality
Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
Exceptional written, verbal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
COMPENSATION:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic
locations, and
pay varies based on defined markets. The
standard base pay range for this position
across the U.S. is $170k - $185k annually. Pay
varies by work location
and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge,
and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
