Candidates should demonstrate: - Several years of experience owning a product or business area from strategy through execution and measurable outcomes. - Proven ability to take accountability for commercial or business results associated with a product area. - Strong understanding of marketplace or distribution economics, particularly pricing, supply, demand, margin, monetization, or incentives. - Ability to work deeply with data and commercial mechanics and translate insights into product decisions. - Experience working closely with engineering teams on technically complex products. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex, interconnected systems. - Experience making product trade-offs based on commercial impact, customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives. - Ability to operate independently in high-pressure and ambiguous environments. - Strong ownership mindset and willingness to drive outcomes rather than simply manage processes. - Willingness to develop deep expertise in trading, pricing, and revenue optimization. - Strong communication and collaboration skills across product, engineering, commercial, and other functions. - Marketplace or distribution experience is highly relevant; direct travel-industry experience is not required. - Comfort working in an environment with limited process, significant autonomy, and rapid decision-making. ### Benefits - Remote position within the EU. - Hybrid work options available in Barcelona, Palma, Dublin, or Casablanca. - Significant ownership over a major product and business domain. - Opportunity to work on complex marketplace challenges involving pricing, distribution, supply, connectivity, and monetization. - Fast-moving environment with short feedback loops and the ability to test and implement ideas quickly. - Meaningful equity participation, providing potential upside tied to the growth of the business. - Opportunity to help build and shape a growing product organization. - Global scope, working on infrastructure and products serving major travel and technology businesses. - Exposure to large-scale API infrastructure and complex real-time marketplace systems. - Opportunity to contribute to AI-driven innovation within the travel technology ecosystem.
