We are looking for an experienced product leader who thrives in ambiguous opportunity spaces and can build strong partnerships with senior pharma quality stakeholders . Main responsibilities: Define the Problem Space: Take ownership of an emerging area of the pharma value chain . Frame the problem, form clear thesis, define strategic bets, and maintain the discipline to pivot when evidence does not support the initial concept. Product Discovery: Run continuous discovery directly with senior pharma quality stakeholders. Form and test value and viability hypotheses, build lightweight prototypes, and make evidence-based decisions on a weekly cadence. Zero-to-One Delivery: Partner with Engineering and Design to move validated concepts to initial adoption through testable releases. Leverage modern tools, analytical methods, and experience to optimize for learning velocity and time-to-first-value . Commercial Validation & GTM: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to test positioning, market segments, and willingness-to-pay early in the process. Validate new products through real customer adoption against the status quo. Evidence & Decision-Making: Maintain a direct connection between customer evidence and product decisions; track early signals appropriate to a 0-1 product (qualitative validation, activation, initial user retention) over volume-based output metrics.
