You will also use AI agents and automation to streamline marketing operations and improve execution at scale. This is a senior individual-contributor opportunity offering significant ownership, direct business impact, and the chance to shape how emerging AI infrastructure products reach the market. ### Accountabilities: - **Own product positioning and messaging:** Develop and maintain compelling positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across the AI compute portfolio, including serverless inference, dedicated GPU solutions, embeddings, AI Gateway, and decision models. - **Lead end-to-end product launches:** Coordinate launch strategies, product tiers, briefs, announcements, email campaigns, web pages, sales enablement materials, and post-launch performance reviews for a rapidly evolving product portfolio. - **Develop technical proof points:** Lead public benchmarking initiatives in collaboration with Engineering, evaluating latency, model quality, throughput, and cost. Translate rigorous benchmark results into credible marketing assets, technical content, and sales materials. - **Build the AI economics narrative:** Create total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses, savings calculators, pricing narratives, and competitive positioning that demonstrate the value of the infrastructure against hyperscalers and hosted inference providers. - **Drive integrated demand generation:** Partner with Demand Generation to develop competitive campaigns, webinars, paid initiatives, and other programs, defining target audiences, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), campaign briefs, offers, and conversion journeys. - **Improve product activation and lifecycle marketing:** Design targeted lifecycle email strategies and activation campaigns based on customer profiles and product usage, collaborating with Sales and go-to-market engineering teams to implement them. - **Enable sales teams:** Produce competitive battlecards, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, sales presentations, training sessions, and pricing resources that help account executives and business development representatives communicate product value effectively. - **Monitor the competitive landscape:** Track developments across inference platforms, speech technology providers, GPU cloud services, and hyperscaler AI offerings. Share competitive insights with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap decisions. - **Represent the product portfolio externally:** Contribute to analyst briefings, customer success stories, press opportunities, and other initiatives that strengthen market credibility and awareness. - **Adopt AI-first marketing operations:** Use and continuously improve AI agents and automated workflows for reporting, campaign tracking, ICP research, and content production, helping the marketing organization operate more efficiently. - **Drive measurable business outcomes:** Partner with Sales and other stakeholders to improve inference consumption, dedicated GPU contract value, and pipeline generated by product launches and marketing campaigns. ## Requirements: - **Relevant experience:** At least 5 years of product marketing experience in developer-focused infrastructure, with a minimum of 2 years working with AI/ML, cloud compute, GPU infrastructure, or data platform products. - **AI-first operating mindset:** Practical experience using AI agents and automation as core components of marketing workflows. Ability to work with shared agents and continuously develop or improve autonomous workflows for research, reporting, campaign tracking, and content creation. - **Technical fluency:** Ability to explain inference serving, GPU economics, latency and throughput trade-offs, and speech model quality to both technical audiences, such as ML engineers, and business stakeholders, including finance leaders. - **Product launch expertise:** Proven experience managing launches for fast-moving product portfolios, ideally with monthly or more frequent releases. Ability to demonstrate repeatable launch processes, not just individual campaign successes. - **Exceptional communication skills:** Strong writing skills and the ability to produce clear, persuasive, technically accurate product pages, launch briefs, competitive battlecards, sales narratives, and marketing content at pace. - **Commercial ownership:** Comfort working with Sales and other business teams to influence measurable outcomes, including product consumption, pipeline generation, and total contract value (TCV). - **Analytical and strategic thinking:** Ability to translate technical differentiation, customer needs, competitive intelligence, and performance data into actionable go-to-market strategies. - **Cross-functional collaboration:** Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, Demand Generation, and other teams in a fast-paced environment. **Nice to have:** - Experience marketing usage-based or consumption-priced products. - Hands-on familiarity with inference APIs, open-weight models, or speech APIs, including the ability to run technical demonstrations from the command line. - Previous experience at a hosted inference, speech technology, or GPU cloud provider, or in marketing directly against these competitors. - Exposure to analyst relations, including organizations such as Gartner, Frost & Sullivan, or G2. - Experience developing customer success stories and programs that demonstrate product value through real-world results. - Familiarity with AI infrastructure, developer tools, and technical products aimed at machine learning teams and voice AI builders. ## Benefits: - **High-impact ownership:** Lead go-to-market strategy for an entire AI compute product line, with meaningful responsibility for positioning, launches, campaigns, and commercial outcomes. - **Cutting-edge technology:** Work directly with AI inference products, dedicated GPU infrastructure, embeddings, and AI gateway technologies. - **AI-driven work environment:** Use advanced AI agents, automation, and emerging tools as integral parts of your daily marketing workflows. - **Cross-functional collaboration:** Work closely with experienced professionals across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Demand Generation. - **Professional growth:** Develop expertise at the intersection of AI infrastructure, product marketing, and developer-focused technology. - **Measurable business impact:** Contribute directly to product adoption, inference consumption, pipeline generation, and revenue growth. - **Flexible work location:** Opportunities available in the United States, with additional location options in Dublin, Ireland, and London, United Kingdom, according to the original posting. - **Autonomy and innovation:** Operate as a senior individual contributor with ownership of a strategic product portfolio and opportunities to improve marketing processes through automation.
