SaT : The Government and public sector transactions services is part of EY's Government & Public Sector (GPS) Services which is a network of highly skilled professionals from assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, devoted to serving the government and public sector organizations and institutions. The practice combines private sector leading practice with an understanding of the public sector’s diverse needs, focused on delivering improved public services. Government and public sector transactions services, sits under EY’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, a market-leading, multi-disciplinary team, working with leading businesses across a range of industries. This practice is in a unique position to deliver implementable strategies given the firm’s sector depth, transaction perspectives, and operational insights. The practice provides experience working with various sectors such as, Transport, Social & Health care, Education, Urban & Infrastructure, Economic Development Advisory , Water waste & Sanitation, Power & Utilities and Public Finance & Management. SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory : Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence - Urban Planning - Architectural designs - Proficiency in CAD, GIS applications etc. Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification Bachelors in Urban Planning/ Architecture Experience - 2+ years’ experience in urban planning/architecture design related projects. - experience of collation of data, secondary and primary research, and data storage etc. What we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
